The quality of workmanship has been outstanding, from the choice of stones, to the delicate engraving detail. I’ve ended up with a ring that’s even better than I imagined it would be. We first visited Baxter & Hanks three years ago whilst on a shopping trip to Brighton. At the time my then boyfriend mentioned to view some rings which we did I tried a gorgeous engagement ring and matching wedding band. I was sold, a year later I was proposed to with that exact ring and this was re-sized within one hour which was amazing allowing us to celebrate our engagement. Another year on we again decided to revisit and I chose my wedding band. My now husband chose his and had it customized with a bit of onyx. The whole experience made us feel as though we had known the owners for years. Both so approachable and they even cleaned my engagement ring for me free of charge when we collected our wedding bands! Thank you, you made something that can be tricky seamless and I wont forget any of my visits to your store!

I wanted to tell you about the excellent customer service I recently received from George at Baxter & Hanks. My daughter Naomi, lost the Topaz and Diamond ring I bought her for her 40th birthday. I wanted to surprise her and replace it. The original ring was from Baxter & Hanks. I remembered how helpful George was so I made contact with him. George made up a similar ring to the original ring. When it was ready, George delivered it to my home in Shoreham and I was so thrilled with it. He then offered to take it to Naomi's home (also in Shoreham). Needless to say she was equally thrilled. I cannot praise Baxter & Hanks too much. Their customer service is second to none. I will never go to any other jeweller!

In May 2018, I visited an antiques fair and soon developed an interest in antique jewellery. During a UK wide search on the Internet I found Baxter & Hank's. I have since bought two antique rings and have recently secured a third. I have developed an excellent rapport with the team who have been so helpful in sending me videos and photos of these rings on what's app. I live in South Wales and without their support this would not have been possible. The rings are in outstanding condition and arrived in beautiful presentation boxes posted by special delivery. This is a top class jewellers and I would definitely recommend. I hope to travel to meet them all one day!
