C. L.Me and my daughter came yesterday and was met by a very friendly team.
Rob..(if I am not mistaken)..had this wonderful aura..and instead of not buying my daughter's trainers..we did!....the beautiful lady assistant and even the friendly doorman made our trip to this shop an experience!..thank you guys and keep it up!
M.A lovely bright, welcoming shop. The person who served us was not just in sales she wanted us to find what we wanted. We left with a pair of ladies ankle boots which were in the sale and we did not see on display.
M. M.I found the perfect shoes but unfortunately the Brighton store didn't have my size. The assistant located a pair in the Covent Garden store. I bought them and they were delivered to my home within two days.
I was so impressed with the service I received from store to delivery crew .

I was served by lady with long blond hair. She was so lovely, phoned other stores, write 3x different phone numbers for me to try. And I actually purchased the sandals from Manchester, they will be with me by Friday.
