We’ve used Lambton’s several times over the years. Greg has helped source my beautiful engagement ring, wedding bands and a lovely necklace. These guys are friendly and genuine and I happily recommend their services to anyone who needs a jeweller. If you use these guys I can assure you you will not be disappointed.

Love the guys who work here. Went in to find a necklace for my wife for our anniversary. Great modern but contemporary feel to the place tempted me in. Fantastic staff who took the time to show me all the different types of stones and cuts they had. The chap who runs the place is called Greg and he's super polite and a lady called Cherry was exceptionally helpful giving her opinion which was just spot on. Couldn't recommend the place enough, will definitely go back for our eternity ring in the near future.

One of the best customer service experiences I have had! We bought a beautiful ring from Lambton's but had some issues due to a design flaw and the service we received in sorting this out was second to none. They were prompt, professional and honest in resolving the issue and always welcoming and understanding at each step. We have always had a connection to this area of Brighton. My wife and I spent the early years of our relationship working and partying around the Lanes. So when we decided to get married we had to have the Lanes ‘ring shopping experience’. It’s just magical walking through all the little independent shops, but it can be a bit overwhelming. Greg at Lambtons’ Jewellers was so helpful and the quality and beauty of the products in his shop were second to none. We of course chose a wedding band set, our engagement ring and even a very nice diamond set second wedding band for special occasions. Greg couldn’t have been more helpful, kind and friendly. The wrap around service didn’t stop there. 4 years on we have had a few mishaps and at every turn Greg has helped us out with a big smile and a warm welcome back at the shop. I couldn’t recommend Lambtons’ Jewellers more. If you need a gift for that special occasion, you won’t be disappointed.

I really wanted a ring from an independent brighton lanes jewelry shop and my partner ended up buying my engagement ring from them, they looked after him and he brought the most beautiful ring! We recently had to go back as long story short it needed some repairs after being run over! But completely amazed at the rings strength and also no diamonds were lost in this accident!! Incredible service with an exceptional experience! If I could leave 6 stars I would. The team at Lambton's made our whole ring-buying experience better than we could have imagined. A week ago we decided to look at engagement rings, and after scouring many different windows, my now fiancée found some she liked. We were greeted by Cherry, who is an absolute delight to deal with. She gave us the most fantastic, relaxed browsing experience. There were three rings we wanted to see close up, and she allowed us all the time we needed to assess and make our decision. She was warm, approachable, and informative, without ever being pushy or forceful. In a freak accident, the day after proposing to my fiancée, as she was leaving a room, the ring managed to get caught on part of the door frame! From the sound of it, I thought she had broken her finger, but the frame stood no chance against the high quality platinum it came up against. That being said though, the ring was badly bent and scuffed, her finger swollen and bruised, and we were both distraught. Luckily enough, the wonderful Sasha and the awesome Greg were both on hand the next day when I went back and asked them to have a look at the damage. All stones were in tact, but they needed to make sure they were still set in place properly, with no opportunity to fall out. They were able to get the ring re-sized, reshaped, and inspected all in the same day. What more could you ask for?! Exceptional service that I was blown away by. They even allow dogs, and our little Ritzy loved going over to Greg and trying to distract him as he was working ;) I cannot speak highly enough of Lambton's and all the staff we dealt with. To Greg, Cherry, and Sasha, thank you all for making this the most perfect experience, and making it as memorable as it could be! 100% you will see us again when we come looking for our wedding bands. I can’t recommend Lambtons more highly. My husband (to be) and I paid multiple visits, during which we had the pleasure to meet Greg, Sophia and Cherry. A few of the jewelers we tried in the South Laines were extremely pushy, which was incredibly off-putting. The contrast with Lambtons was marked and this made our experience such a delight.
