We bought my engagement ring in 2009. It’s a beautiful ring with 9 separate diamonds. My mum passed and she wanted me to have her engagement ring. We asked number 10 if they would add my mums diamond to it. They were so delighted to do this for us and they did such an exquisite job. I cried when I saw my ring, it’s so stunning. It’s very precious; Sarah, Alex and everyone were so kind in their willingness to make this perfect for me. Thank you so much, Rach xxxx

Wonderful jewelers, we purchased both of our engagement rings and wedding rings from here. They really listen to what you want and don't pressure you at all. A great selection and a partnership with a hand engraver so you can make pieces your own. Cannot recommend enough.

Erin and Sarah at number ten were absolutely incredible with helping my husband Ed choose and design my engagement ring and then helping us both choose our wedding rings. The service they provided was above and beyond and particularly for Ed who was quite nervous and worried about choosing a ring for me said they whole process was made so much easier for him. I bought my partners engagement ring from here and I have to say the staff were amazing. Guided me the whole way to pick the perfect ring. I went to a lot of places before that who just pointed at a couple of rings and asked if I would buy them. Number ten will go through every area to help you and the selection they offer is amazing. I came out thinking I was a diamond expert. I've been back to buy earnings and again they made me feel special which is why if I ever need jewellery again, the only place to go is here. Which won't be long because my partner loves them more than me.

Booked a appointment online at number ten To look at engagement rings from looking at their website the evening before. We were running late so dropped them a call and they were friendly and patient with us while we tried to find the shop after nearly a 2 hour drive and a wet walk from the car park. Sarah immediately put us at ease and explained all about the 4 c’s and showed us some rings in our budget such as the ones I said I liked but also some wild card type rings . Having the hour in the shop to ourselves we didn’t feel pressured or rushed to make any decisions . We thought we ought to take a look at other jewellers in the lanes before committing to the purchase . Sarah suggested some decent ones and perhaps ones to avoid but I felt welcomed us looking around which was nice. Well once we started going into other shops the comparison was unreal and no where we found was as professional as Number ten. My partner now armed with diamond knowledge was asking questions about the 4c’s and the certifications to which the answers were not clear. We immediately returned to Sarah and bought the wild card ring which was resized that same afternoon for us, certificate and valuation also received on collection. Turns out she knows your style better than you do yourself! I feel so safe and reassured in the quality of the ring, knowledge of the staff and the amazing after care service that’s provided , we would definitely go back for our wedding bands (which I forgot to say she asked us to try one on with the engagement ring which also helped the decision making process). Highly recommended and a big again to sarah and the team. They also helped us with recommendations of a hotel and restaurant for that evening to celebrate which both were Fantastic recommendations and made our weekend and experience complete x

Exceptional service every time. I had a bespoke ring made here many years ago using diamonds from a previous engagement ring. This was made to my design and was a beautiful dress ring I love wearing. Subsequently I have remarried and have bought both engagement and wedding rings from Number 10. Currently having my Wedding ring resized and other rings cleaned and polished free of charge. You can’t ask for better service than that.

I cannot fault Number Ten the jewellers. They were so professional and friendly throughout the process of choosing our wedding rings. We dealt primarily with Erin but all other staff members that we spoke with or saw were friendly and seriously knew their stuff. They were accommodating when I was being fussy about the settings/profile of my ring and went above and beyond to order in similar ones for me to try. My other half designed his ring from scratch and Erin was great at guiding him as to what would look right and stay looking great for many years. They're not the cheapest jewellers you can find in the Lanes but we took that to be a positive as they couldn't offer such a great service/product at the low prices that some of the (slightly dodgy feeling) jewellers nearby would. I very much hope to get more jewellery from Number Ten in the future! Thanks again to you all.

We went into Number Ten as we couldn't see any wedding rings we liked and they were so helpful. I had an idea of what I wanted (fairly plain but shaped around the setting on my engagement ring) and they talked me through all the various options, but never put us under any pressure. They showed me various widths and how it might look with my engagement ring. We placed the order and they had it made to time and it was a lot less than my husband had budgeted for so we bought a shed with the balance - there's romance for you!! Each time we visit we pop in to have our rings polished foc, and will be going back soon for the eternity ring.

The only Jewellers to go to..we were looking for an engagement ring ...the Lanes are a confusion of 'jewellers' ....we tried a whole bunch of them but came away with the impression all they wanted to do was SELL...and even misinform and LIE to sell. We then came across No 10. Wow! Marc took us through our whole journey of finding our perfect ring. He explained diamonds in detail to us .. .. then the ring..metal, style, mount...at no point did he to persuade us but let us find our thing. To the point where, and I'm pretty sure Marc knew it was not what we wanted, but he had a rub over ring (that we thought we wanted!) made up for us in silver...(it proved a point...we went for a different mount!)....We came away from No 10 with an amazing ring..beautiful and very personal...and then there were the wedding rings! Spot on! If you want the perfect ring and you want the journey to find it then you should visit Number 10! Wonderful experience!
