Well where do I start!!! I had a tanzanite stone I needed looking at. I wanted to check it's Authenticity. So I popped in and saw Alex. He was great, he did a series of tests and checked it for me. It turned out fine and I sent it to London to be checked by a lab and get it certified. Alex was incredible he took his time and really was so thorough. The service provided was simply world class!!!! Alex thank you again so so so much!!!!

I am a bit torn on the rating as we are pleased with the final results and there were good aspects but there were also a number of issues through the process which we would have expected to be handled better given the overall price of the rings. Our wedding was at the end of May 2021 and as shops only opened again in mid-April we were a little nervous about the timeframe. I wanted a bespoke wedding band which would fit well against my the curves of my engagement ring. which RING is well reviewed for. The process started really well, they took the time to talk through what we would both like, show us different examples and sketch out ideas to demonstrate different options (particularly mokume gane rings for my husband). We did not feel pressured at all. They reassured us that, although a tight timeframe (6 weeks), the rings would be ready in around a month's time. We left my engagement ring with them for an afternoon to get a cast and they very kindly also gave it a good clean. A couple of weeks before the wedding we called to confirm it would be ready to pick up the weekend before. I was told we would be sent a message to confirm when and it should come tomorrow. I did not receive anything and so had to chase to follow up. Eventually we arranged to pick them up on the Saturday, a week before our wedding. On picking up the rings, unfortunately my bespoke wedding band did not fit against my engagement ring at all. The shape was completely different; they asked me to try it on various different ways and holding them together off my finger but there were big gaps. They reassured me that it would be easily fixed and asked if we could come back at the end of the day. We were only visiting Brighton for the purpose of picking up the rings so couldn't. We arranged for me to collect on Wednesday, the next day I could visit. I had to leave my engagement ring with them so they could take a new, accurate cast. My husband's ring was successful but (perhaps because of the confusion) this was given to us without any accompanying box etc. On Tuesday afternoon I sent a message as I had not heard from the shop, asking if they could confirm the ring was ready before I travelled down. I did not get a reply but headed off in the morning regardless (as I was anxious to get my ring before the wedding in 3 days!). When I arrived the staff members looked concerned and told me that my ring was not ready; there had been an error, they were not sure how it had happened but the first ring was completely wrong and they needed to remake it from scratch. I understand that sometimes mistakes are made but when making such a high value purchase I expect a level of service that keeps you up to date with important developments during the process. If there has been a delay and things are not going to be ready for the anticipated date, I would expect to be informed as soon as possible. The ring was in the workshop and at present only in the initial shaping stage and had not been polished or had stones added. They ran over to get it for me to at least check it fit well with my engagement ring (which it did, which was a huge relief for me). However I was heading to my parents (several hours drive away) for the last couple of days pre-wedding, for final preparations and so we would not be able to revisit. This meant the rings (wedding and engagement) had to be posted, which I was nervous about from a safety perspective and timewise. They thankfully arrived the Friday afternoon before the wedding but this was unnecessary additional stress in the final days run-up. Despite this clear error on their part we were not offered anything to compensate for the disruption and the additional trip to Brighton (we did not ask). I was also surprised not to receive valuation certificates for the rings before requesting them. So overall, they clearly have talent in designing and making rings but I would be cautious of working with the shop on a tight timeline and aware you may need to be proactive in following things up.

I would highly recommend RING. I got in touch with Stuart knowing that I wanted a bespoke wedding ring to compliment my engagement ring but had no idea where to start with the design. He drew up some design options, and emailed them over, was always fast to respond and answer any queries I had. I've just received an incredible titanium ring from Ring jewellers, and I'm honestly blown away by the detail that's gone into the piece. The outer ring features writhing tentacles around it, and is Lovecraft inspired with "The great dreamer" laser engraved inside! As a horror and board game fanatic I'm over the moon with this piece and happy to have found a jeweler that's happy to take on some quirkier designs. I would recommend them to any of my nerdier friends (I was particularly impressed by the Legend of Zelda pieces) and anyone who is looking for something a little different! Of course their other more traditional pieces are beautiful too. I'm already looking forward to saving up for a companion piece to go with this one. Thank-you so much RING!

I approached Ring to commission an engagement ring and cannot fault them at any point in the process whatsoever. From start to finish, they were just superb. My story.... It was 1 day before mine and my hubby's 20th anniversary, I had been mega busy, what with one thing and another and hadn't had the chance to think about what I wanted to get my Husband as a gift... for a few years id been thinking about replacing his wedding band, so I called Ring jewellers (based on their you-tube videos and google reviews- thank god I did) and explained what I was after, the guy on the phone (Stuart) did not rush me and was very helpful. previous to this I had spoken with several other companies to seek help and advise, all of them too rushed to spare me anytime. So that was it, Stuart's customer service won the sale. It gets better, I thought OK, a gift however late is better than no gift at all. I needn't of worried, Stuart explained he would post the ring out immediate and I would receive the very next day! how is that for speed!! Long story short, the ring arrived, it wasn't the right style, so we headed to the store where ( I think his name was Alex) spent time with us to work out the right size and style, again no pressure. They also managed to resize my wedding band :-). These guys are amazing, I'm sure if we hadn't bought anything we would have still received such excellent customer service. Stuart sent me photos and videos of all of the stones I was interested in via email and we managed to finalise my design when they reopened in December. Cannot recommend this place enough! I actually live in the North of Scotland, but had a ring that I wanted redesigned and found Ring Jewellers after extensive googling and trawling Facebook etc. I have zero imagination and thus a fairly boring redesign in mind which they were happy to accommodate. However, after much back and forth (if they were sick of me, they did not show it!) Ring Jewellers put forth some suggestions which were far more fabulous and "me". I picked my design, sent the ring via recorded delivery and the communication regarding lead times was spot on. (8-10 weeks for bespoke). The finished product arrived today. I never leave Google reviews but I really wanted to indicate to those who do not live in Brighton to not be put off by distance and inability to visit the shop. The designs are mocked up so that you get a real feel for what the finished product will look like. I would say I'm in the middle in terms of Traditional vs Modern Jewellery - this place will cater for everything.

I initially bought my wedding band from Ring which was exactly what i was looking for. sadly my engagement ring had been damaged (not an original Ring purchase) i went back to ring who kindly gave such good advice the first time. They went through all the options, we decided to keep my diamonds and the design but re built the ring stronger. The finished product was absolutely stunning i couldn't have been more pleased. Contacted this jeweller with slight hesitation knowing that I would not be able to visit in person. I chose them as I liked the designs shown on their websites and was looking for old sentimental jewellery to be remodelled into a pendant for my daughter's 21st birthday. I contacted the company and sent off photos of the jewellery asking if this would be possible and they replied that it was and gave a cost. Still hesitant as I was sending off precious (to me) jewellery, I gave the go-ahead with instructions on how I would like the pendant to be, size, chain, etc, when expected. Communication throughout has been fabulous. I wanted the pendant to be hallmarked but they contacted me before Christmas to ask if I wanted to receive it (temporarily) in order to give as a gift at Christmas and then return it for hallmarking (although I declined this thoughtful offer). Today I received the hallmarked pendant and I am so happy. It is exactly what I was hoping for and knowing it contains the gold from my late mother's jewellery makes it all the more special. I thoroughly recommend this jeweller and will not be hesitant to use them in future.

If you want impeccable service and a beautiful piece of jewellery made for you, I cannot recommend Ring highly enough. I visited Ring originally in January having decided to propose to my other half, I spent many days looking around the internet and realised that the design I wanted wasn't readily available. Armed with just three pictures of a similar design I like, I interrupted several of Stuart's lunch breaks to discuss the engagement ring I wanted: the style, stones, material - every detail was covered. Over the course of those meetings, Stuart got all differently sized diamonds out to compare, he got more rings than I can count out of the window to use as examples for the tiniest of details and in the end of it, offered a great price for a design I was very happy with. Time passed whilst it was with the workshop and when it got to the time he said it'd be done, sure enough I heard from him. This was as Covid hit so I wasn't able to go and collect it, but he promptly posted it out to me (fully insured) and when it arrived I was amazed by the craftmanship and beauty of the final product! I'll be honest here and say that it wasn't quite how I expected it to be, but looking back that was my misunderstanding and following a number of conversations whereby Stuart was perfectly happy to change it, he explained why it was better the way it was and actually - I realised he was right! His willingness to change it but also his professional experience really shone through here and I am very pleased I trusted him. As it came to the proposal my other half was (and still is) utterly blown away by just how beautiful the ring is and she still smiles just looking at it (nearly two months later!). Ring offer to modify or entirely remake an engagement ring if the recipient doesn't like any part of the design. This was made unnecessary by the skill and experience they clearly have but I think it also demonstrates the level of customer service you receive at Ring. We did have to go back to get the ring resized (which is perfectly fair enough) and they did that the same day, in fact, in only a couple of hours! Having a workshop on-site is another reason I chose Ring. In short, the service I received was faultless, the end product is fantastic and I'm looking forward to going back to sort out our wedding rings!

We looked at all the great reviews about RING and decided to visit and ask them to make my engagement ring. We wanted a ring with my birthstone but couldn't find the perfect one anywhere. We were quite specific about the Garnet color and I was able to go and pick the stone that I wanted. They offered advice about the design without being pushy and were always friendly and welcoming. We were keen to get the ring quickly which RING helped with. Overall we couldn't have asked for anything better. The ring itself is beautiful and just what I wanted, if not better. We picked a size of ring for one of the rings that might have turned out less than perfect and they let us know upfront a few days after our order, also asking us to come in and talk to them again how we could change that. A few days later we got the news that they made new tools and are now confident there will be no problem! We would choose them again and again! Such great service and a great great product! Stuart and his team remodelled some jewellery for me into a ring. The first ring was very beautiful and well-made, but it was quite a bit larger than I had anticipated and I wasn't comfortable wearing it on an everyday basis. We spent a bit of time in central London looking through antique rings and jewellers but prices were through the roof and they weren't very helpful. Most didn't know the origins of the ring, who wore it, where it was from - just how much it's worth. One of our friends (whom lives in Brighton) suggested we come down and talk to Ring as they had their engagement ring custom made there. We chatted to the staff who were extremely onto it, asked us plenty of questions and showed us a lot of examples to help understand what we wanted. We were shown a quick sketch which was fantastic. The price was reasonable and a lot cheaper than an antique ring. Plus we can say it's ours! About eight weeks later (which seemed like a long wait), our ring was ready and shipped in special delivery to my fiancés work next day before 1pm. And it was absolutely perfect. Would definitely recommend Ring to anyone who wants high quality custom made jewellery done. We're going back to get our wedding bands done too. Yay!

These guys offer a fantastic service from start to finish. They clearly love their jobs and in doing so are knowledgeable and enthusiastic. After a lot of searching we found Ring. My husband to be wanted a Titanium wedding ring with a specific pattern from a motorbike tyre he used to race on and Ring were the only jewellers who said it was possible and they achieved it. Sending over sketches so we could adjust the pattern before they made the ring. The next task set was I had a different shaped engagement ring, my Mum has given me my Nans engagement and eternity rings with 2 and seven diamonds set in gold. I wanted the diamonds removed and set in a wedding band of white gold to sit around the engagement ring. They made an excellent job and discussed with us, how it would sit around my engagement ring, doing sketches again. The kept my engagement ring to get them to sit perfectly together. I just received the most beautiful engagement ring, created at RING in Brighton. The detail and quality is unbelievable, and the staff were not only friendly and welcoming, but seemed genuinely excited for us and eager to help create the perfect rings for our engagement. We found a 1920s ring online that we loved but we couldn't find one similar anywhere, so they recreated it using white gold and white sapphire, sourcing an unusual cut of stone and always being quick to respond to queries and ideas. I had wanted to redesign my engagement ring and when I lost a diamond from it I thought it was the best time to do it. I automatically thought to look in Brighton (I'm from London but had no idea where to start) as they have lots of great jewellers. Ring came up and had good reviews. When my fiancé asked my mum's permission to propose to me she agreed at once and gave him a ring that had belonged to my great grandmother, who gave it to my grandma. As I child I loved her ring. The emerald in it's centre always caught my eye in its sparkly green glory and I adored it. When my grandma sadly passed away the ring went to my mym who kept it safe, knowing that one day, she would give it to me. So when she gave to ring to my fiancé to redesign for my engagement ring, he knew it would have to be something special. He drew a design and took it to RING. The jewellers there were amazing. They took the design he had drawn and made it into the most stunning ring I have ever seen. Made with palladium, diamonds top and bottom and there in the centre, my grandma's beautiful emerald. Knowing that the emerald in the centre was the same emerald that I had always admired made it all the more precious. For more than 100 it has now Ben in my family. My mum has since had another 3 rings made by Ring, each one exquisitely unique. When the time came for me to have my wedding ring made there was only one place we would go. My engagement ring is a rather unusual shape and the wedding band that Ring made fits perfectly around it. They fit together like a jigsaw and the two pieces together are unlike anything I've seen before. The service that we have had over the years from Ring has been second to none. Nothing is ever too much trouble, they have done resizes for me and made changes to the ring to make it even more perfect. They are always more than happy to advise or make suggestions and are so knowledgeable within the jewellery field. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a stunning, beautifully made piece, whether it be a ring designed and made by them, or a bespoke commission.
