Fantastic service throughout. Jade was incredibly helpful throughout in helping me to get added to the waitlist for buying a Rolex (my first). I waited roughly 6 weeks before receiving a call to let me know the watch had arrived. Would highly recommend. A very happy customer.

I couldn't believe my luck when finally I got the call from Mathilde to say my new watch was waiting for my collection. On the day of collection I received outstanding customer service given to Me from John and Holly they made the day one to remember. I was also given a cold beer to celebrate which was greatly appreciated. The watch is amazing and I'm over the moon with the purchase. I can hole heartedly recommend Brighton Watches of Switzerland. I don’t normally a write review person but I have to say I had the most wonderful experience in your Brighton store. It was a Tuesday morning, me and hubby went in to adjust my watch and didn’t expect we could buy any ‘R’ watch on that day. Had the watch adjusted by Holly ‘Perfect’ and been offered really nice coffee too while waiting for our wonderful lady Mathilde back. Out of the sudden she is back and what a ‘Surprise’ she brought out a ‘R’ box and flowers and cards too. My heart was pounding so hard and I was so emotional when I open it , it was the watch I have been looking for almost 3 years ! I can’t thank Mathilde enough for making my dreams come true. It was blessed for well being look after all these years by her who she never give up locating it for me. An absolutely pleasure purchasing watches in this store everyone (John, Tom, Daniel) were so nice, knowledgeable and helpful. We can’t wait for more surprises to come ! See you all soon

Outstanding service once again from the WofS Brighton team. Purchasing an expensive watch can be daunting experience and if I am being honest I have felt on many occasions that I am looked down upon when trying to enter other authorised dealers, but WofS Brighton is so different from this. I have found their staff members to be so knowledgeable and passionate about watches and their approach to taking time with customers, explaining the industry and likelihood of getting hold of particular models to be refreshing and very honest. As with most luxury goods items, people must appreciate that even if you have the money to afford the item you want, the watch dealer cannot always guarantee that they will be able to supply this model to you, as there will be an already large demand on that particular model. I am one of the fortunate ones who has managed to secure a couple of dream watches from this store (one for me and one for my wife) and I will continue to use this store when I look to expand my collection in the very near future. Although I have only met/spoken to them on a couple of occasions, I consider both John and Spence to be friends and I am genuinely looking forward to the next time I am in Brighton so I can go and discuss new models and future purchases with the team. I cannot recommend this store and the staff any higher. I am always made to feel so welcome and treated like their most important customer, which is an amazing feeling especially as I have only purchased "mid-range" models. Keep up the good work guys and I will see you very soon!!

Having had a little bit of an itch to purchase a quality watch & my local Watches of Switzerland came up trumps on Google so after hankering for the iconic Omega Moonwatch. I thought what the hell pop in & see the guys. Well I can only tell you that service I received was indeed professional & above all very knowledgeable about the timepiece that I was really interested in. All of the staff I encountered were amazing thanks to Spence for making me feel comfortable & your down to Earth enthusiasm for watches really made me feel in the right place. Plus the lady that served me and personally adjusted the bracelet to perfectly to fit my wrist got it spot on accurate. I’m not a big fan of writing reviews unless something is exceptional and that is exactly what I got from Tom and the team. He was polite, engaging and very welcoming from the get go. I entered the shop and wasn’t hassled, was offered a coffee and he even acknowledged my wife and baby and offered the staff facilities should we need to change the baby at any point. He had no idea what I wanted and his knowledge of all the products and the fact he treated me the same as if I was getting an entry level tag or a Rolex made me feel valued. We couldn’t secure the deal that day so I popped back a week later and in the mean time he called me with updates and offered to help sort things so I didn’t have to and even remember how I liked my coffee when I did manage to come back and collect my watch. Great customer service and impeccable experience. You should feel very proud

I've been to WoS Brighton on a couple of occasions now, and both times I've been welcomed by the friendly security at the door (who were equally friendly and courteous on the way out). On both occasions, all the staff were very extremely friendly and helpful. I/ we spent nearly an hour with Dan Stoner on both occasions and he's a pleasure to chat to. Very honest and knowledgeable. Also, Tom has been very helpful and responsive via email during lockdown. All round, a thoroughly enjoyable experience and highly recommended.

Lovely shop. Great range of Hublot's. Standard stock of Rolex - so nothing special there, but that's not WoS' fault. Only downside is the zero loyalty when it comes to its customers. They offered me £2k for a watch I'd spent £6.4k on only six months earlier. I was looking to a trade-in for another watch as well. Watchfinder offered me £3.8k for the watch and I didn't even buy it from them. For WoS it was a matter of the "computer says no' and couldn't care less about my previous purchase record with them. Definitely puts me off using WoS in the future.

The best shop for luxury/ mid range watches. I have now bought 3 watches from because every time I go in, they treat everyone with respect from the first time I went in in my work clothes enquiring about a BLNR gmt. Spence ( sales assistant 0012 ) politely explained that this was one of the most sought after GMTs available but proceeded to let me try one on that was being prepared to be allocated to someone on the waiting list. Since then I have bought 3 other watches from Spence. However every sales member at this branch was eager to help. The last watch I bought was a little cheaper at another shop but I specifically went to the Brighton Watches of Switzerland. Ps. I don't work for watches of switzerland or have any affiliations I was just happy with the service and selection.
