Bristol Gold are truly a wonderful and honest business. I have visited twice in the last month, most recently today to sell Some gold and the whole process was made so easy and professional. I have dealt with both James and Dylan and a couple of other guys who have all been really helpful and always very professional. I was able to go into there safe private room to make the sale and I was paid within a couple of minutes with the best and most fair price I could have asked for. I was even made a coffee and given delicious chocolate biscuits. It’s in a great location also if you’re driving with loads of free parking in the surrounding roads. I will hopefully be paying a visit again soon to purchase a phone. I drove an hour and a half to get to them, but we’ll worth it for the very fair price I was given and the super service. I was nervous when I read the words ‘pawn shop’ online, but trust me there is nothing to be worried about. I honestly 100% recommend these guys with all my heart. I had a ring valued at a family run jewellers in Westbury on Trym they told me it was 9 carat gold and offered me. £150 I checked with Bristol Gold and it was 18 carat and I left their shop with my bank account £470 better off. I can’t thank them enough.

Had a great experience in store today when I popped in around lunch time to get some scrap gold valued. Jak was very knowledgeable and thorough - I left with a great price for my broken jewellery and lots of interesting info on how gold and diamonds are identified and valued. He went above and beyond and even advised me to retain a few items that he suspected would be worth more if sold privately. Bristol Gold pay one of the best prices in Bristol for Gold and have very competitive buyback rates . They have a good range of gold jewellery and watches as well as TVs, Games, Game consoles, Tablets and Laptops all at good prices. The staff are all friendly and helpful and the shop is bright clean with stock displayed well. One of the things that sets Bristol gold apart from most other similar places is the private consultation room. If you have a lot of gold to sell or are nervous about other people seeing what gold you have you can go into s private room with a lockable door to discuss/sell it.

Don't be afraid to pawn, it's better than being screwed. So I found myself in a cashflow bind, I didn't want a loan from the bank, I certainly wasn't about to borrow from a Payday lender ( APR only XXXX%). I had never been to a pawn shop before and had my doubts. What a pleasant surprise, I met Jason, discussed what I needed, he took my item gave me my money as discussed, immediate bank transfer. I accidentally went over the agreed month, no problem. Blew my socks off when I went to collect my item, I was only charged a pro rata rate for the days over the agreed time. Fantastic service, great people and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending their buy back option, it will cost you less than you might expect! One happy customer, thank you :)
