B.Very pleased with the service I received at Ernest Jones Cardiff, me and my partner have purchased our engagement rings and weddings rings form here and I've had an old ring cleaned and re sized recently. Everytime we visited the store or spoke to someone over the phone they have been friendly, polite and very helpful. We've bought directly from the store, had rings ordered in, had some rings sent to our home address and used a voucher we received after taking out insurance with them and I have no complaints what so ever. I feel very at ease in the store which can't always be said for some jewelers and I would just like to say a thank you to all the staff that work there. Merry Christmas everyone and keep up the good work and great service 😀

k. 3.young ladies were very helpful this morning, they didn't sell Tag Heuer at cardiff store, however they contacted Swansea branch and arranged for me to pick up from there. I visited crouch and watches of switzerland but preferred the helpfulness and politeness in Ernest Jones. Thanks
