I went in last Saturday the 15th, even though I was not quite sure about the Shoes, Rob and his team went above and beyond to help me and offered flexibility on the return. They were AMAZING and it was the best service I received out of the 20 plus shops I visited in Cardiff that day. I am going back Tuesday to buy a pair of shoes off them as I was so impressed with not just their service but their friendliness. Well done best retail staff in Cardiff.

Fabulous customer service most helpful got my beautiful boots after the young lady who served me rang their Bath store and had the boots posted to me received them within two days I am absolutely thrilled with them. Once again a big thank you to your wonderful staff will definitely be back to your Cardiff store.

Super service today in the sale, only dropped a star as didn't have the size my wife wanted. Not really a fault as such in the sale but she still left a little disappointed. Girl who served us was great though tried her best to find a pair but unfortunately none available.
