The staff are lovely. Don’t mind waiting for a while whilst you decide, and are happy to get many options for you to try. They are good at suggesting pieces to suit the person/other jewellery, and are excellent and what they do. Always nice to go here

Professional service from Sarah today. What started off as a brief moment of tension between us (because of the queue) quickly dissolved and she promptly and professionally dealt with my issue. Sarah was trying to manage the queue outside because of pressure from St David’s 2 Centre however it is my opinion that anything outside the store (main walkway) is the responsibility of the centre management. I offered support and we approached a member of the security team and I asked for the centre manager but he essentially fobbed us off and said the centre manager was not available today and said that the outside queues were down the store to manage. She was in a difficult position and I recommended that she and Pandora HQ need to clarify this position with the centre. Sarah was great. Centre security and staff were not! Thank you Sarah. I wish you the best.

I visited the Cardiff store last week with my fiancee to buy her a birthday present and we were served by a young lady called Summer. We were looking for a thumb ring and she was extremely helpful in assisting us with our choice. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the products and her customer service skills were excellent. It was a pleasure to be served by her and she is a great asset to your company.

Pandora is always busy and there's usually a queue but they do have a good system going which means that everyone is seen in turn. The young lady who served me was very helpful and pleasant and seemed to enjoy what she was doing, which makes all the difference.

Lost a ball from the end of my bracelet took into Cardiff store they checked only sold in less than 2 years and replaced the whole bracelet and cleaned my charms aswell. The staff in this store are always helpful.

Fair play to all the staff working today, queues werè out the door just to get in the shop, somebody was handing out sweets to the kids to help keep them Happy, giving out catalogues to pick your item whilst you queued, then once you got in you had someone waiting to deal with you straight away. I thought I'd be at least an hour, only took 10 minutes. Well organised guys, all staff were helpful and polite. Top class planning !!!

I absolutely love anything by Pandora as their jewellery is elegant, beautiful and really creates a statement when you wear it but just recently i've had to return a few items that have become faulty overtime. The staff at the Cardiff store are always so friendly and willing to bend over backwards to help you, Even if this means completely replacing any faulty items there and then. The store is extremely clean and tidy but as with most Pandora shops do be prepared to queue at busy times.

Being new to Pandora charms I didn't know what the charm bracelet involved apart from the charms. There was a lot I didn't know about, clips, spacers etc but the girl who served me was very helpful and patient even though the queue was about 40 people long. She didn't try to rush me choosing clips, spacers and charms and gave advice along the way. Very impressed.
