A 5 star experience as always. It doesn’t matter how much or how little you are spending, you are always made to feel special . I simply had a pearl necklace that I don’t wear anymore and they were able to rethread and make into a bracelet for me. It even needed a minor alteration the first time which they happily did for me. Nothing is too much trouble. Professional, friendly staff and first class service from a small business you can trust . Thank you

Very happy indeed. Being a watch collector and horology hobbiest, I have been after this homage to the first ever Seiko wrist watch (the 1913 Seiko Laurel) for some time. When I saw the Seiko SPB059J1 in your window with 30% off I was blown away. The watch bought me and not the other way around. Hard to get hold of this reference anywhere unless you go onto the preowned market where its 25 to 35% more than I paid for this brand new model. Very pleasant staff and the service and attention to detail felt like a premium experience.... all part of the purchasing experience. Seiko, Seiko 5, Seiko Presage and Grand Seiko are massively underrated, especially in todays illogical hype on some Swiss premium brands. To put it into perspective, Seiko launched thier first wrist watch to the world (the homage I purchased from you) 2 years before the Rolex Co Ltd brand was solidified. Just as much history in Seiko's than most Swiss made brands and for a fraction of the price. Bought up a specific Alpina reference from your Lincoln branch 3 years ago and was delighted.

Not only did a member of staff come outside the shop and take details but they were delivered to my door by a member of staff on her way home The earring were beautifully wrapped and presented. The manufacturer offered a replacement for less than the cost of a repair and HL Brown dealt with this speedily and efficiently. The service from the staff in store was excellent.

We have never visited the shop in Doncaster, but have dealt with the company via telephone and email. We had a Montblanc rollerball pen which needed repairing and initially approached the shop. They were unable to solve the problem, and sent the pen to the Montblanc factory, who were able to assist, and the pen has now been returned to us in excellent condition. Throughout the process, the staff at HL Brown were extremely helpful, professional and friendly, and we would not hesitate to deal with the company again should the occasion arise.

I was looking for a solitaire sapphire and Paul suggested a bespoke ring. What a great suggestion, with his help and support I decided on a platinum band with a solitaire sapphire.
