C. L.Found this well stocked modern jewellery shop in the market when visiting Durham festival of light (fantastic by the way) in November traveling up from Merseyside. Took my time browsing and chose a couple of bracelets to try on. The help given Jacqui was second to none no rush good advice etc and my husband purchased one for my Xmas present. We also chose a necklace for my sisters birthday which the duchess of Cambridge also wears. Xmas I tried the bracelet on again but was unable to operate the clasp on my own without help. I contacted Jacqui in the new year asking if I could change it to the other style that I also liked which I would be able to manage myself.
Straight away it was no problem and I sent the original back and have received the other one which was out of stock initially.
Seamless, without hesitation cheerful transaction.
