Great service and great price, real genuine artists 🎨 👏 🙌 👌 👍🏽 🙏🏽 we had to resize our ring, it was a comped task size it needed a few sizes larger. Other jewelrs asked for 85£ to get it done before Xmas, and 50£ after Xmas. These guys were so honest! They simply said they will add the extra material and charge for the work... and not even. 15£ for a phenomenal artwork that didn't harm the engraved letters in the ring, they shined it, and it looks amazing. And within 2 days. I can't believe how kind and generous this business is! I'd recommend such people with all of my heart ❤️ these are the good kind of jewelrs

Sadly, could be more child aware and responsible when selling to a child. i.e gently advise the child of the price before taking their money. My granddaughter was in tears. She's 9. Item wasn't priced so she took it to the counter, they should have explained the cost, giving her a chance to put it back. As she suffers from anxiety she was too afraid to say she didn't want it.

Isabella was very helpful! Make sure your silver and gold has a Hallmark. Some pieces don't. Also, some of their gold pieces are 9 karat (Hallmark reads 375) which is costume jewelry so don't overpay! In the end I bought a sterling silver ring which was nice and well priced!

Outstanding place. My wife and I went shopping for celtic jewelry gifts for ourselves and our kids. We were greeted by a lovely pair of women who helped us -- found the things we needed (5 pairs of the same earrings), put them in boxes with cards detailing the history of the celtic knot and away we went. Fair pricing, good service. Save your time heading to other stores - come here first and see if you can get the things you want. They carry silver and stainless jewelry that is moderately priced.

We were in a trip in Edinburgh and we entered Celtic Jellewery Store. We would like to recommend this store as it has very nice earings and rings and very good prices. The staff were very friendly and they helped us to chose the right jellewery. If you pass close to this store please entered it!

Came here to get a ring repaired. I was told it would take a week to repair it, but ended up taking about a month total. This was due to circumstances outwith their control as the person it was sent to for fixing went on holiday which is why it was delayed. The workers at the till were a little rude, as they ignored me waiting at the till for a bit to have a chat, so these are why I knocked off 2 stars and I have alerted the manager to this. Other than that, although my fixed ring ended up being a bit too large, the manager has offered to resize this for me, and also gifted me a ring in return for the extended wait which was really nice despite all the hassle my ring caused the store.
