M. O.Went looking for wedding ring with my fiancé and having been to numerous shops we never thought we would be able to find a perfect match for my engagement ring. It's unique design meant it was hard to get a ring to fit. I found Austen & Blake online and seen one I was keen to try. When we went to the shop however they didn't have it. Phyllis was so helpful and went and brought out the sample box and in there we found the most perfect ring. I couldn't believe how well they matched coming from two different shops. It arrived yesterday and its even more brilliant than I remember! It's like they were made to go together ❤️ Thanks so much Austen&Blake and special thanks to Phyllis.
N. A.Very good customer service. It has a small shop in Argyll arcade. We got earrings made matching to a ring, the product was ready after 4 weeks and turned out quite well. We also wanted to get a pendant nut were not sure if it would go on right, so lady got a dummy piece made just to see how the entire set looked. Nice staff

S. C.I bought an emerald ring on the Diamonds Factory's website and Jaclyn from the Glasgow branch took care of us throughout the process. She was fantastic - always provided so much info and guidance and was very helpful for our whole experience.
In the end we ended up getting a refund on the ring as the quality of the gems didn't match our expectations. Jaclyn arranged for different sets of gems to be delivered to our local branch for us to compare and try find a better set, and helped chase up everyone internally to get answers to our questions and help fix our problems when they didn't work out either. It's unfortunate that this ring didn't work out in the end, but the service Jaclyn gave us was just outstanding.
G. D.I recently ordered an engagement ring via the website Diamonds Factory, although I had reservations making such an important purchase via a website I was more comfortable following some research and after finding out their affiliation with jewellers Austen and Blake.
I made my selection through their online portal and was happy with the final design. I wanted to commit to the ring but had no idea if the size I needed, luckily this was an option on the website to secure a limited time discounted price and confirm the size later.
I proceeded with the purchase and secured the ring.
I used the online support portal to ask how the process would work without knowing a size.
Although it was after 8pm I received a reply promptly from Jaclyn the General Manager at the Glasgow branch, although this wasn't the branch I was dealing with she was happy to help me.
We exchanged a few emails and following a few images I sent of my partners hand taken in secret Jaclyn provided the best guess she could on a ring size, stressing this was guess only. A free re-size is offered up to 1 size each way although I was hopeful the ring would fit on the day.
A few weeks passed and the ring arrived, I collected it from the Leeds branch, Jaclyn continued to help with questions and guiding me through the process. I really cant thank her enough for the help she provided given the ring wasn't even collected from her store she really did go above and beyond any expectation I had for service and assistance.
The silver lining was that on the day of the proposal the ring fitted perfectly on my partners finger. She was amazed I guessed the size correctly.
I really cant recommend the Diamonds Factory and Austen Blake enough.
And a big thank you to the Glasgow's branch General Manger - Jaclyn, she went above and beyond any expectations I had from an initial email to an online support portal.

S. O.What a fab shopping experience. To be honest I only went in for a look after seeing a pair of diamond stud earring on their website. I had been looking for a while but finally took the plunge. I wasn’t disappointed. Suzann was an extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly member of staff. She put me at ease straight away by asking me exactly what I was looking for. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured and tried on quite a few sizes of carat/colour of gold diamond studs to suit. She was truthfull about the size of diamond that suited my ears. I did intend to go for the bigger carat but smaller was definitely better. Picked up my earrings yesterday. The quality is superb and I couldn’t be happier. Would highly recommend. Thank you Suzann

O. M.I had been looking for a diamond pendant necklace for my partner just before Christmas. During my search, Scotland went back into lockdown, so I had to go back and forth through email making decisions. "Taken care of" is an understatement. Both Jaclyn and Suzann were incredible. They went above and beyond. Their knowledge and patience are second to none and kept me informed every step of the way.
The gift has now arrived and it is stunning. Better than I'd hoped. From start to finish, the process took around 2-3 weeks. No complaints at all.
