Finally after 2years of saying I'll buy a Fossil watch just need to find one I like I bought one! Oh and my daughter did too, staff were so helpful and very friendly.

My husband gifted me an engrave watch from this store a few years ago however it consistently stopped and after numerous battery changes the mechanism was replaced however unfortunately after a week it stopped working once again. I attended the store last week and was advised it may be better to purchase a different watch. I explained that my watch was a gift & had been engraved however the staff offered to engrave any new one. I received a partial refund towards the cost of any new one. I chose a new watch with the help of staff member Elaine which was engraved by Sam and I would like to commend them both for the excellent care and service they provided.

Took my partner in looking for a watch for her 50th Birthday, Was really impressed by Elaine in the shop. She was really helpful in making sure I got the type of watch I was looking for, and it was even engraved free of charge. Whilst there, my partner joined the Fossil Community, and we received a discount on the purchase for doing this. Looking forward to coming back sometime soon for another purchase. I personally thought the free engraving was an excellent touch of extra customer service, and applaud the company for this offer.

Originally went in for a new battery for my watch, however whilst waiting looked at bags. So before I decided to buy one I was told no charge for this, normally £9. Service was exceptional by Richard made it an easy decision to purchase my new bag and engraved free of charge. Definitely will go back.

Always fantastic service at this outlet. Great range too. I purchased a Fossil Watch in January and it developed a problem. When I returned To the shop today Christine greeted me in a very friendly way and took the watch to Christy who repaired my new watch quickly. Had the best ever customer service from the Fossil store in Silverburn, Glasgow. Had bought a watch on line from Fossil and had a few issues which is unusual as I’ve always been really satisfied with any purchase. The staff could not have been more helpful. Staff are incredibly helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. They went above and beyond tohelp replace a battery for an old, long out of production watch.

The ladies at this store couldn’t be more helpful! I had my eye on the beaded Jolie baguette bag for months and by the time I went to buy it it was no longer in store. My own fault for waiting to buy but was very disappointed! They quickly tried to help me order online but when that didn’t work they phoned the Aberdeen store and got the last one sent down to me at Silverburn. It arrived promptly within a day or so and they kept it for me until I was able to come and collect. All staff were so helpful and friendly and I felt like they took a genuine interest in the needs of the customer. Will definitely recommend to a friend!! Thanks again for your help.

Fabulous experience! Went to Fossil Silverburn at 7:40pm to be served by Elaine & Sam. Went into see if they could fix my vintage Fossil watch as the link snapped on the strap. Elaine went to the back to fix the watch but my eye caught another watch which Sam helped me with. Got the old one fixed for FREE! And bought a brand new one and they also gave me a 15% discount! Both staff members were lovely to chat to and were great help! I went in looking for a replacement strap for an older style watch. Although there weren't any straps in stock for the watch. Elaine took my details and advised that she would get in touch with Head Office. Elaine then went above and beyond by providing a replacement strap from the spares box of the store and replaced it there and then. The customer service was fantastic and the face to face discussions made everything so much easier than it would have been dealing with things online.

I bought one last year and unfortunately the rings keep coming out but Elaine was amazing with me yesterday and it gave me the trust with Fossil again. It was fantastic getting back into my favourite Fossil shop in silverburn today. Great to catch up with the staff and check out the new watches. Spotted the new Limited edition solar watch which was a must buy. The new watches available were really smart but too difficult to decide which one to buy so I ended up with three. 10/10 would recommend! Whenever I go to Fossil Silverburn, always been served by nice and welcoming staff. On 20 October 2021 at 6:15pm (7pm close) I was served by the lovely duo, Christine & Sam. Went into see if they could arrange for me to purchase a Fossil smartwatch with my Fossil Community discount and despite technical difficulties, both were so kind and knowledgeable and were able to apply discounts so that I got a GREAT deal! They were so personable and arranged it so I was able to pick up the watch before I left the shop. Will be back soon due to this amazing service and hope to see both Christine & Sam again - very much appreciated!

I went in with a software issue with my smartwatch, which I'd had for just over a month. The looked at it for a few minutes, couldn't solve the problem and, without hesitation, immediately swapped it for a brand new one with a new warranty. Returned to the store 17th July 2021 & was politely greeted by Richard, Sam & Christine. My Explorist HR had been sent for repair under warranty & I had received an email telling me that my watch was unrepairable & that I should return to the store for a replacement. Richard assisted me while looking at the gen 5 watches available & talked me through the features on the watch. After settling for the carlyle gen 5 watch Sam checked the wrist size & removed the extra links so it fitted me perfectly. I must thank then for making my experience in the store an enjoyable one.
