Fantastic service from Kevan for the insurance valuation on a ring. Carried out the service in house so no sending away for 3 weeks or booking a slot like other jeweler's do. In lockdown my diamond fell out of my ring -found Kevan Scott on google search. Incredible service, regrdless of how minor the need may be, Responded wihtin the day to my email and kept in touch as to when he would re-open. Handed my ring in and in less than a week it was sorted, (including a crack and other issue that needed attention) all at a very good price. Beautiful workmanship Actually its as good as new! ( not bad for about 50 years of wearing). I was passed down my late Grandad's ring to use as my wedding ring, but it was far too big for me. I had left things a little late to sort, but I wanted to make sure I got in touch with a local business and I am so glad I found Kevan Scott Goldsmiths. The customer service, even for a cheap ring resize and clean (to which I am delighted with the result - THANK YOU), has been amazing from start to finish. Lydia knows exactly how to make a customer feel important and I was met with the same great customer service from Kevan as well when I turned up to collect the ring. A very friendly local business with some beautiful jewellery on display and I'm sure my wife to be will persuade us to have another visit some time to have a closer look. If I have anything else I ever need resized again, you already have my business and I'll be sure to recommend you to friends and family.

A very happy repeat customer 3 rings and a necklace over a few years. Great friendly service and lovely designs. Also great for custom design for wedding rings and such, especially if you like wax models to see what it will look like as you're making your final decision.
