Went in last year to register my interest with Connor about a few of the watches I was looking for. The guys knowledge on Rolex is simply outstanding told me quite a few interesting things that I never knew about the brand. Also made a number of appointments to go in and try on different models and have a chat and then I got the email with my new watch was simply amazing from start to finish. I went in last year for an appointment with Connor from Rolex and we had a great chat about the full Rolex Line-up, the knowledge and customer experience provided by Connor was out of this world, highly recommended to say the least and in the end I had my eye on the 126613LB, Blue dial two tone Submariner so I decided to put my name down for it. Went in a few times after this just for a catch up as I enjoyed our conversations and each time I went in, the customer service from Connor always made me leave the store with a smile! I finally got the call last week from Connor at a perfect time and picked up my first ever Rolex (Hopefully first of many to start my collection) on Saturday! I went in with my partner and we spent over an hour and half in there, not just to pick-up the watch but the full Rolex experience with Connor made our day! Still smiling each time I look at the watch and highly appreciate the full experience!

I had a fantastic experience recently in the Rolex Boutique. Quite often when visiting similar specialist watch dealers in the UK, I've encountered staff who have been aloof to the extent of borderline rudeness which can be intimidating for many. My visit to Rolex Glasgow was the polar opposite of this. From start to finish the whole experience was truly first class. The staff could not have been friendlier or more welcoming and from the moment I entered the store I was made to feel so welcome. It immediately put me at ease and I thoroughly enjoyed all of my interactions with everyone. I was taken care of wonderfully by Blaine who was so generous with his encyclopedic knowledge of every Rolex model I asked about and much more. Blaine guided me through my purchase with great advice on which watch would be the right piece for me & the most suitable choice based on my day to day work and social life. I'd been told by a number of colleagues that Blaine was the person to seek out as his level of customer service and knowledge are second to none. They were absolutely correct, I can't thank Blaine enough. it really was a joyful experience. Rolex Glasgow is a truly exceptional boutique with a wonderful team. Last week I had fantastic experience at Rolex Glasgow. I’ve dealt with Blaine on multiple occasions and his in-depth knowledge of the watches and his high level of customer service are the main reason I’d return. The boutique is a non pressure environment to walk into, unlike other designer/high-end boutiques I’ve visited previously. I feel this is achieve by the quality of training of all the sales staff. Clearly a great ethos through this particular branch. On our first appointment, I had the opportunity to view and try on a wide selection of Rolex models. Each model’s features and functions were fully explained to me. I was greeted with a warm welcome at Rolex Glasgow from the second they opened the door for me. The staff were a pleasure to deal with from offering teas and coffee to the first class service they provided for me. Booked online and had a meeting with Tingting to discuss registering for a Rolex. I’d heard a lot of potential buyers having issues at other stores with rude staff trying to force people into buying watches they didn’t want or were not interested in. This was not the case here. Tingting brought various models for me to try before we decided on which Rolex was right for me. She set realistic expectations on timeframes as I’d like to have my watch for a special birthday however I understand this is unlikely. Great honest service and I look forward to hearing from Tingting when my watch is ready for collection.
