I was served by a polite professional young lady called Gemma today. I had an accident last year and needed to replace my engagement ring. We found the perfect ring and Gemma was so knowledgeable. From start to finish this was a wonderful shopping experience. The lady who was in on the Sunday I looked for a perfect eternity ring was so helpful, she gave her honest opinion and information about the diamonds that helped me make an informative decision and I ordered the perfect ring. I collected it today and it is a real Wow! Even more beautiful that I remember and as it was a sale item the price was a Wow too.
