Over the years I've learnt that, in the UK, one should expect awful customer service as standard. Having low expectations, I'm rarely disappointed. Very occasionally, I encounter a business that surpasses these low expectations. In the case of Oswins, I was surprised, delighted and totally blown away by their excellent customer service. Went in to get a watch strap fitted and chose this store at random as it was close to my parking spot. I was served by a gorgeous, attentive, cheerful and generally delightful lady who sorted out my watch with minimal fuss and at minimal cost. I would describe my overall experience here as fantastic and would not hesitate to recommend this store. Although I did not buy any jewellery, the store was well presented, clean and well stocked. Highly recommended. PS. In case you were wondering, I have no connection to the store or its personnel - just wanted to express my pleasure and gratitude. It's reassuring to know that excellent customer service is not yet completely extinct in the UK!!!

The best facility ever my mum had the best chair in the world we orderd some chairs toilets hand towels 1 fork a small 1 inch pool brocken coffe table half a fish tank glasses for my one eye a dandilion only one of the best flowers we orderd some fake brushes so the break and its nust one of the best places ive ever been to pls go there
