J. B.Ordered a Superocean 44 delivered just before Christmas after speaking with Danny Burnell (Berry's Leeds) who was very responsive and helpful. The store had it available immediately and matched a lower price I had elsewhere which needed to be ordered in. The watch came quickly and well packaged, unfortunately however I noticed it wasn't running within spec and it needed to be serviced. Sarah Deyes was extremely helpful in keeping me updated about the service, and even offered complimentary accessories due to the inconvenience. Would gladly buy with Berry's in the future.

I. S.I actually feel guilty that I haven't done this sooner. After a bit of Internet searching I had an idea of what I wanted and what to pay. I visited Berry's and sat down for a chat with Josh. He listened, advised and guided me through options with honest pros and cons. Nothing was too mush trouble and there was no ignoring my budget to get an extra few quid. I cannot recommend this shop enough!

Julie has always served me and is so professional. I feel extremely well looked after by her and nothing is to much trouble. Julie has sourced me many fine watches from other berry’s store through out the uk too. All my watches get serviced via berry’s and my jewellery gets cleaned yearly. Which is all done at a very reasonable price and always kept updated when my jewellery is due back in store. This store in hull and it’s staff are such a pleasure to visit. Always made to feel very welcome. Keep up the good work 5 stars from me
