Jedd & Tom have made my heirloom ring even more special by adding two diamonds to represent my Mother in law Julie and Grandma Eva who we lost in 2020 the year our daughter was born. The 3rd diamond was from my Gran who wore it for many years before passing. I wanted to add diamonds to represent my Grandma and Mother in law so in time I can pass on to our daughter Jasmine so she has something in their memory. I met with Jedd to discuss what I was looking for, he listened and passed on all the information to Tom who created some CAD drawings some of what I'd suggested and then one with his creative flair which was different to what I had in mind but so much better than I had ever invisioned so he really knows what he is doing when it comes to designing. I love that my ring looks like 3 hearts when tilted on a side and it works perfectly with my wedding band and eternity ring. This ring means the world to me and I am lost for words, I can't stop looking at it. Thank you Tom for designing it and Jedd for making it, you are a fantastic family run team. First class customer service, you truly listen to what your clients want and make special pieces. I won't go anywhere else and I will continue to share and recommend to my family and friends. I absolutely cannot fault this jewellers. I traveled 80 mile round trip to use this business. Gladstone jewellers are exactly where we wanted to spend my money during this Covid crisis, a small well established jewellers offering personal experience and quality product and that is what I got. With the chaos of wedding postponement government lockdowns and general mayhem Gladstone Jewellers kept me fully updated, had the rings ready when they said they would and were just a pleasure to deal with thank you. Items purchased Platinum men’s band and platinum diamond women’s band. They are beautiful

Contacted Gladstone Jewellers today to inquire about having a quick repair to a gold chain I purchased for my son’s birthday which was only a day away. I was greeted warmly by and employee on the phone and was told to bring it in and they would have a look and do there best to help me out. I had absolutely zero luck whilst contacting other repair jewellers and was even told I would have to leave it for 2 weeks buy one other store in Beverley? Long story short Gladstones expert Craftsman had it repaired and beautifully polished in less than 20 minutes! You would never know it was repaired. Needless to say this is true customer service and I highly recommend them for all your fine jewellery repairs. With best Regards, John Morash

We had our wedding rings made 5 years ago by this excellent jeweller. We were looked after very well and the rings are amazing. Most importantly though the aftercare has been second to none with regards to adjusting the size and cleaning. I can’t recommend enough

Gladstones made our wedding rings which are fantastic and the price was fair, we got 18ct from them for not much more than another jeweller quoted on 9ct in exactly the same style. The service was second to non and so good we recommend them to our own customers something we rarely do, that's how good they are.
