I came into the store this morning 6.7.18. To be greeted by a lovely assistant called Aimee. I cannot thank her enough for all the help she gave me. I got a shock to the extent of her helpfulness. 🏅 Aimee rearranged all my charms while she listened to my story about the Robin Red Breast I have. All the advice she gave me was very much appreciated.🌹 I would personally like to thank her for everything she did for me this morning. I came out of the shop very happy.🌝 I will definately go back to her one day and get a safety chain put on it as she has so kindly recommended. Karan 🎉

A great big thank you also to Ashley, Britney, Andrea, Aimee and all the girls, everytime I come into the shop I am made to feel extra special the girls take the time to help me with choosing my charms , putting my bracelets together and if the charms I want are not available they will order them in for me and give me a call when they arrive. Walked in today because my Disney bracelet that one of my Son's bought for me for Christmas kept opening up. I dearnt wear it incase I lost my Disney charms. I would like to thank all the girl's for exchanging it and for swapping all my charms over for me. Such a lovely group of girl's that are alway's helpful and make us feel so welcome. My Boy's feel so confident going into the shop because the girls always help them out. Thankyou everyone x
