Good customer service. Submitted a bag on their website for an initial quote. They replied very quickly and provided a free shipping label once I accepted. I sent it out on Friday and by Monday I received a confirmation of delivery along with a final quote. Payment was processed within a day. Impressed with the speedy turnaround. Will deal again. A tip is that they will only provide a higher quote for sought after bags by LV, Chanel etc. I received other quotes for accessories that were rather low. Bags definitely sell better!

HAND BAG HEAVEN !! , You can't go to Leeds without having a look at this little gem of a shop. If you live in Leeds it's a must see, I wish there was one near us. Me and my partner went to Leeds at the weekend and found an absolute Gem of a shop it's a beautiful shop stocked with every Luxury brand you can imagine, Chanel, Hermes, LV , and much much more. This shop is located in the Queens Arcade it's just on Victoria Walk at the end of the shops just after HMV. The girls in the shop Nikki the manager and T'nisha, Darcy, Collete and Allanah, are all extremely professional. I would also like to thank Nikki the Manager who is a real asset to the Designer exchange Company. Thanks to Nikki and all the girls for making our experience in the shop so great we will definatley be back and telling Friends and family already.

I took some of my designer bags and purses here and the staff were lovely very polite and friendly and some good prices given for my bags. Well worth a visit.
