Outstanding experience. All the help and customer service we needed to view a selection of Watch options we were both interested in. Patient and very relaxed environment, no sales pressure, just freedom to look, try on and discuss which watches we wanted to purchase and then customer service again for fitting and making sure we were very happy with our choices. Great team, some new, some well established staff, good balance, new staff had mentors and support. One of the managers was on hand to assist throughout and we were both delighted with everything, especially our new purchases.... Thank you to all.

Absolutely outstanding customer service from Ella yesterday when my fiancé and I visited the store for our wedding rings. We left with a new engagement ring and two wedding rings. I want to give a massive thank you to the staff a H Samuel White Rose especially the manager Aysha and Elle. I bought my wedding ring there last year and due to covid it was cancelled. But yesterday I tried my ring on to make sure I still liked it as I've not tried on since the day I bought it. When I had it on it had imperfections which I didn't notice at the time. So we took it back and explained this to the staff, they was very helpful and Aysha the manager let me exchange it omg I was so happy and Elle helped me find my again perfect ring. Thank you all so much, your customer service is 10/10

What an amazing experience! The lady who spoke to us was absolutely wonderful. She talked us through what we looked at, giving us more information without us having to ask. The variety was lovely and any time we had questions they were answered. She even went above and beyond and called around to get us extra information about a certain ring. Great customer service! I'd like to thank the store staff for resolving the issue that was created by their colleagues in Leeds City Center branch. Thank you so much for letting me exchange the ring and for the lovely gesture of waiving the difference in price. This is more than I ever hoped for and I couldn't be happier with the ring now! Thank you for letting me know about the certificate from the manufacturer, something the Briggate Branch 'forgot' to mention even though I did ask them about it at the time of the purchase. I visited White Rose branch of H Samuel with my partner. We were greeted straight away from a young lady called Natalie. This young lady helped us in the best possible way I could have dreamt of. It was a special occassion. She was very helpful with an amazing personality. She put us at ease and explained everything perfectly. Her knowledge the product we were looking for was first class. Good place and great staff but the quality of some products let's it down... I bought a ring a while back that was supposed to be titanium and gold... turns out the gold was only painted on and within six months as all gone and the ring looks in a bad way... going to be returning to the store to see if I can get this rectified some how
