Watchfinder is without doubt a very professional dealer, I bought my wife’s Rolex from them for her 40th and have just purchased another Rolex for my daughters 21st, they are extremely helpful, courteous and polite in all manners, it will be my sons 21st in a few years time and I will definitely be turning to Watchfinder for another purchase when the time arrives, I really can’t praise them enough.

I recently had to return my Tag watch to Watchfinder as it had stopped working. The Staff at the Branch explained to me that my watch was to go to the the Head Office Service Centre in Kent to be analysed and then repaired and relayed to me every step of the process which my watch was going through. There were delays beyond Watchfinders control in parts coming from Switzerland & I was informed of progress regularly. In the end my watch was repaired and also serviced under warranty. I am very happy with everything Watchfinder did to repair my watch and the entire Service provided...
