Shop was lovely and clean and they are operating a system whereby you are invited in, sat down and a team member looks after your needs. Really love this way of dealing with customers, makes you feel special. Was very fortunate to be served by Dominic who was just amazing. Dominic was very knowledgeable about all products, I was looking for a watch for my partner. Dominic asked appropriate questions, fully explained each watch that I wanted to look at and was patient, hospitable, professional and genuine. Ended up buying a watch which suits my partner perfectly. Was so pleased, I also went back and bought a watch for myself too - again from Dominic. I did notice that the quality of the diamonds on sale were excellent but none shone as brightly as Dominic - Mr Star Quality. I hope that his employers recognise his talents. Brilliant experience. Thank you Dominic.

A. U.Have had to go in a few times recently as the watch battery kept running out. Whilst this is okay the lady (pregnant one) showed no empathy at all and was a little rude to be honest. Watch came back faster than anticipated though luckily.

E. W.We went into a lot of jewellers on Sunday and Beaverbrooks was by far the best for customer service. We spoke to Yasin and Jacqui and they we're fantastic. The customer services was superior to all the other big chain jewellers they were knowledgable and made us feel very welcome.
