They stock the watch battery I need but refused to sell it to me. They will only sell with fitting included, for £10. The battery is easy to fit and costs £1.23 for one on amazon. I really don't understand this approach. Why insist on including a service I neither want or need as a condition of sale? I appreciate your response. We all make mistakes. I ordered a battery online and have just fitted it but thank you for your offer.

I had some necklaces altered and Cathy had spent time designing and making new necklaces out of parts of other ones. Plus when we went to collect them; i was so so pleased with all the work that they had done. Cathy spent time with us and i left a really emotional and very happy bunny!!! Would recommend them. I cannot recommend them enough. I had put together some designs for a pendant for my daughter's 18th and with a swift turn around they put the designs into life in a most beautifully crafted piece of jewellery. The customer service is superb be it by email or telephone. When I then went into the shop at Groby, the face to face personal service was excellent...it wasn't like I'd even spent a great deal to be honest but my family and I were treated as if we had just spent thousands! We saw where the item had been made and met the skilfull workers who had crafted our bespoke special gift. To have such a lovely pendant for our daughter and to know that such a nice team crafted it, made it even more special. On top of all this you would expect to pay way over the odds for such a service and yet instead their pricing is more than fair. If you need bespoke jewellery then this is the place to come. I will certainly be back for my next special gift..
