A.I brought my necklace chain to city goldsmiths for a repair and I stupidly took the pendant off…so once they repaired the chain, the pendant didn’t fit back on! Completely my own fault.
The staff very kindly welded the chain again for the pendant, at no extra cost. Brilliant service, highly recommend!

They really came into their own when i bought my fiance a bespoke engagement ring, they helped with every aspect and then when my partner was unfortunate enough to lose it they were sympathetic and once again dealt with the situation swiftly and they managed to make a ring and replace it during the lockdown.
In all i am very impressed and can't recommend Robert and the team enough.
