Brilliant service as Eskay Jewellers as usual. My dad has been buying us gifts from here for a long time and the earrings he chose at Christmas I wanted to swap. Eskay did this with no issues and spent time finding something which would be suitable for me. Always friendly and cheery! Always will recommend:)

Dropped my engagement ring and wedding ring for a clean and polish to Eskay Jewellers today. Great place in Oadby to get your watch repaired. I went in with my Hugo Boss watch and greeted by the owner. He knows his stuff and was able to replace my watch battery and reset all the functions within 10 - 15mins of dropping my watch off at a very reasonable and competitive price. I can not recommend this local independent Jewellers enough. My wife took her wedding ring to be made larger, the owner was welcoming from the start and gave her good advice. They decided together the size the ring should be. The ring was enlarged and polished and the result was fantastic. Unsure of whether the ring was too big she wore it for 10 days but after washing up the ring got caught and fell off her finger. She went back to the shop where the owner immediately said he would slightly reduce the size at no extra cost. The ring is perfect and it is almost impossible to see where the work on the ring was done. Thank you, one happy wife.

Great family run shop - passed down through generations! We went in because we had bought wedding rings in Canada (made by First Nations craftsmen) but we had got the sizing wrong and so they were too small for us. These guys sorted the problem without any fuss and at not expensive prices. The best compliment from us is that there is absolutely no way of knowing that they have done anything to the rings (other than that they now fit). And the people running the place are great - good for a conversation!! And you can tell their dedication to what they are doing. Well worth going here.

Best jewellers and watch repairers in Leicestershire so I am happy to travel across the city to use them. I will now not trust anyone else with my two rare Fossil Big Tic watches: I've found that other jewellers are not familiar with these, whereas Eskay recognised them straightaway and knew the unusual battery setup etc. which boosted my confidence back on my first visit! Since then, they have been back a few times for battery changes and on the last visit, Dilpesh was able to fix a mechanism problem that I had previously thought was a lost cause. Small independent watch specialist. Dilip's family run business has been around for 30 years. Great service and a watch enthusiast. They use careful tools to open your watch for a battery change and its well cared for. Arrives back in superb condition. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone. Watch and clock sales too. I have used this jewellers on a number of occasions now and so has my mother for repairs etc. The service is second to none and they are always so helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends and family. I had a ring which was crushed when I trapped my finger in a car door, and Eskay Jewellers replaced the amethyst stone and also built up the setting of the ring. I was not sure they would be able to do this as it was so damaged, but thought that I would give it a try as it was my grandmother's ring, that she gave to me for my birthday when i was young, as amethyst is my birth stone and so it had a lot of sentimental value. It was also quite unique. The repair was amazing and very reasonably priced too, it looked like a brand new ring!!! I was so pleased. My mother also had a locket repaired recently which was dented and again the result was fantastic. Thank you so much.

hi everyone, i do not normally do reviews to be honest, but this time i have to. i went into eskay jewellers today (in oadby-leicester) to buy an item of jewellery. we chatted about various things and i was given expert advice. the service they provide i thought went far beyond what any jewellers shop anywhere else offers. so knowledgeable as well. they had all the time in the world for me in fact they could not do enough. i also was not spending huge amounts of money. i left the shop feeling like i had made another friend. now that's a service rarely seen.
