C. H.I recently purchased a watch online that unfortunately arrived faulty/not working! I made contact with Robert A Jones to enquire if it would be a cheaper option for them to have a look, rather then paying for return postage overseas! I popped into their shop and fortunately for me they fixed the issue in 10 mins and charged me less then it would cost to post it back to original seller. A very friendly, professionally and trust worthy company. I will use again and would highly recommend. Very happy indeed
C. l.little shop tucked away near highcross, was quite hard to find so look for N.39 theirs stairs going up and the shops on the 1st floor.
10minute fix on my Tag watch, honestly done a great job even though it was a simple repair. would recommend highly.
A. Y.I never heard of this before. I often went to Bijal Jewellers in Haymarket for my watches. I found out about Robert A Jones place on a quick Google search. I decided to give it a try.
The shop can be missed because its sandwiched amongst bigger stores on either side. The place is clean but small. The person was really friendly and helpful. I just needed the links to be taken out on my new watch so it wasn't complicated at all.
It was £5 which is cheaper than what I normally pay for. However, he didn't accept card for anything below £10 so I went to cash machine to take out cash. I didn't mind. Within two minutes, he had already done the job. Perfect.

This was different, I own a watch which is the most important thing I own due to it being crushed into my hand when my dad was dying. I wear it every day and you can tell as it was looking it's age with numerous dents and scratches.I took it to a well known watch repair place, left it with them and was quoted a ridiculous amount to repair so left it as I couldn't afford it. I was recommended to contact Robert and have been blown away by the service and quality of repair,,,it looks like a new watch !! Pat looked after me and kept me updated and it's half the price I was quoted previously. I will be recommending Robert to everyone I know with a watch, if you've got a watch that is sentimentally important to you let Robert look at it, you won't be disappointed with price or the quality of work carried out. Can't recommend highly enough !

J. A.Went to Robert A Jones after a pricey quote (£29.99) for a battery replacement from the Watch Lab in the Highcross. Its only a 5 minute walk away and I was served immediately. The battery was replaced in about 7 minutes and for £10 which was much more reasonable. He is clearly a specialist and has many years experience. I would highly recommend Robert A Jones for any watch or clock repairs or replacements.
