Excellent service from walking in the door to walking out. Attended with two old, discontinued D&G watches which were no longer working (due to battery). Battery replaced whilst I waited - took about 10 minutes in total to do both watches. Nicely all work was done in shop - no need to send off and return at a later date! Gentleman at store was able to replace a missing screw in the rear of one of the watch cases which I was not even aware of (good eyes on his part!). Lots of quality advice and reassurance given about the watches moving forward and how to ensure their longevity. Assistance in locating a replacement watch strap for one of the watches which had become worn over the years with the offer of fitting this once found. Would recommend to anyone requiring work done on their watches - staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable...and more importantly open and transparent.

Took my fiances engagement ring in to be resized. Syston Jewellers made us feel very welcome and really know what they are doing. They knew exactly what to do straight away and gave us an estimated turnaround time and price. Got a phone call a week before the estimated turnaround time saying the ring was done and ready to be collected. It looked better than new and fits my fiances finger perfectly. Amazing quality of work. The owner takes pride in making sure the costumers are happy with the end product. I have 2 personalised rings that needed re-sizing and i did not think they would be to this quality of standard! He was honest with me from the start about how they could turn out and it was a risk I took. But he saved both my rings and they look brand new! I will definitely be coming back if in need!

Syston Jewellers provided an excellent service for me by resetting a diamond in my engagement ring after it had fallen out. They also redipped the white gold and cleaned it all. It's now gleaming and the stones are so much more secure after their work. Before committing to the job they explain everything to you which is really helpful and shows that they know their stuff. Quick turnaround aswell. They also have a lovely selection of other jewellery on sale. I Will certainly come here again 😊. Thank you!

Visited this jewellers with my late Grandmother’s engagement ring, asking if the very old ring could be resized and fixed as the band had snapped. Not only did this request become granted, but the ring was polished to such a high standard that an 80+ year old ring looked like new. I can now wear my beloved Grandmother’s ring every day. I was anxious leaving the ring with anybody (as obviously irreplaceable), but I was reassured by the jeweller, with a phone call as promised when ready for collection, which was also when promised. I cannot recommend this jeweller enough; not only is the service and craftsmanship of an excellent standard, but delivered at a very surprisingly reasonable charge. Will never use anybody else now I have found this gem!

Quality Jewellers, Fair Prices and Excellent Service After a poor experience with a high Street jeweller in Leicester, I was looking for my Grandfathers ring to be repaired. I had paid for my ring to be shaped and built back up, after a few weeks the ring snapped. I visited Raj at Syston Jewellers to enquire about a repair, looking for an increase in quality and explained the disappointing experience I had with another jeweller. I left the ring with Raj for a week and was blown away by the quality of the ring and the care he had taken to restore it to its original form, taking the time to polish and clean in addition to the repair work. I’m over the moon to have the ring back, and cant recommend the quality and fair prices of Syston Jewellers. Safe to stay I’ll be using Syston Jewellers for all my future repairs.

I recently visited Syston Jewellers and had to wait some time to be attended to, but don't let that put you off. Just listening to the way he was dealing with customers built my trust. I went all over Leicester and felt uncomfortable, and even intimidated by the way I was spoken to. Feeling relaxed when purchasing something as big and special as an engagement ring was everything for me, and Syston Jewellers offered exactly that. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. I was provided with both professional and personal service and expert opinion. They have a great product choice! Excellent selection of stones and ring styles. I purchased a bespoke engagement ring for my fiancé from here, and she was over the moon with the design. They understood what I was after and delivered exactly that. I highly recommend!
