H.Staff are amazingly helpful and very friendly. Great service. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is due to it being a smaller store with less variety of jewellery. However, watch lovers will be over the moon.
S. T.We visited Goldsmiths as we was walking past looking for wedding rings and we popped in. We had our little boy with us and the lady let him take a seat whilst we was browsing. Chloe was a great help and let us try on what we would like, she even ordered the rings we like in our sizd for us to try on next week. The shop is lovely and the staff are friendly and the jewelry is beautiful. We are hoping we have found our rings now for our special day. Also for anyone who wears diamonds I recommend picking this up especially the little stick. Will be purchasing some myself, it was like I had a new diamond in my engagement ring 😍

B.Went in asking for my watch to be serviced. I was asked a few questions about the watch by some friendly and helpful staff. I was advised to test if my watch was running slow and come back if necessary. I was given a business card and asked to ring of I needed any help.

L. W.Me and my partner visited the waterside goldsmith on Saturday. Tracy was polite friendly and very helpful. We was looking at engagement rings . Tracy explained to us all about the 4c and about the royal connection with Mapplin & Webb jewellery. I’m pleased to say we purchased a Mappin and Webb ring which had to be ordered as they didn’t have my size in. 2 days later I received a call from the store manager Gary to say my ring had arrived. Gary and Tracy were both very professional and they both know their product knowledge I would recommend them to anyone looking for something special.
