First class customer service with a personal touch from everyone we came across in store. I can't recommend this store highly enough. The staff listened to my request for a new watch to celebrate some good news, they were helpful and not at all pushy. I will definitely use this store again.

I have been attending Goldsmiths for the past two years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The service I have from Jessica , Shaun, and Barry has been first class. I had a phone call last week too inform me that the Rolex has come in that I had been waiting for 2 years. This is the 5th watch I have purchased from them . I would just like to say a huge thank you to all of the staff in Goldsmiths liverpool. I purchased watch Deepsea as a surprise for my partners 30th last year and was looked after by store manager Leslie, I know how hard certain models can be to source and she looked after me and I managed to pull off the surprise. I have been looking for sometime for my own Rolex and have been very specific as to exactly what I wanted. We visited the Liverpool store again on Saturday and I had hoped to meet with Leslie again who has now sadly left. However we were looked after by Shaun who went above and beyond in helping find my perfect watch. We were greeted by a lovely host in the store who looked after us with drinks too. (I didn’t catch her name she was new and was so nice) Shaun even came back from his break early to look after us even though we said we would pop back. He had such a warm and genuine approach made the purchase experience feel so special despite the act he has I’m sure sold items at a much higher value. Thank you for making our experience so lovely again Goldsmiths Liverpool. We are both looking forward to growing our collections and look forward to dealing with you in the future purchases. Bought a watch from Clare. Lovely professional lady who tried to secure another out of stock watch from another branch but to no avail. She really tried hard calling numerous other shops. I made a call to Goldsmiths Liverpool at the start of the year to register my interest in a Rolex watch, Alex could not be more helpful, he had very good knowledge on the brand and made me feel very comfortable. The staff here were brilliant. What we wanted wasn't in store but Jessica found it online for us and had it delivered, free of charge, to us next day. The staff were helpful and looked after us from the moment we entered the store, we spent only a few pounds but were looked after as well as if we were spending hundreds

I was cycling and one of the springbars on my watch (Seiko 5) popped out. Went in and asked for their help and they were fabulous. Security guard let me lock my bike right outside the door and kept an eye on it for me. Paolo took my springbar into the back to test it and see if he could find why it popped out. After 5 minutes or so he came back with the watch strap back on securely, no problems with the springbar. Staff were extremely kind and welcoming even though I was in cycling gear and definitely looked a bit out of place!

Purchased a Tudor Black Bay 36mm, initially served by Neil the manager, who was brilliant and offered to hold the watch for an hour whilst I thought about it, didnt take more that 2 minutes to think and I was back in, sat with a cold peroni and purchasing my dream watch with the assistance of dominic who deserves a mention, what a nice lad! Couldn't do enough and had a few goes at resizing the bracelet which he took within his stride. Wouldn't write a review usually but was very apprehensive about buying a 'luxury' watch and being let down by the service - which couldn't have been further from what happened, and in truth, the only reason a "let's have a quick try on" became a purchase, appreciate both guys, brill work, happy customer 👍🏼

I did post a negative review following a purchase from the store on the 24/06/17 which I feel was correct at that moment however the mark of a good company is how they recover and repair a bad review and let's be honest reading some of these reviews you will never please everyone! So today I was contacted by Emma from Goldsmiths customer team and she apologized on behalf of Goldsmiths,let me stress the staff were beyond polite so it was never about them but the experience she went through options to resolve the complaint in a polite, professional and friendly manner which I appreciated and we were able to resolve the matter to everyone's satisfaction as stated we all have off days but the contact from Emma proves large companies still have a human side and we apologise and move on so in light of the great interaction from Emma which was a credit to your company it doesn't seem right that I continue with a bad review as they've"fixed" the issue and we move on and me,well I'm still a loyal customer and look forward to the next interaction in store Thanks Emma for the call
