Lovely friendly staff inside of the shop, all helping to make sure that social distancing is followed. There were enough staff inside to make sure all customers were seen to quickly. Obviously the stuff of sale is not cheap, but it is still good value for money!

I called into the Liverpool One store today with a gift voucher (for my 70th birthday) The service was exceptional. I was met at the door by a lovely young lady who directed us to an assistant who’s was equally as lovely. We chatted about the various types of bracelets and I eventually chose one. She checked the size on me and put on a charm (which was also a gift). The service was amazing and the distancing arrangements were very reassuring.

I'd like to thank.the lovely assistant in L1 who replaced my broken ring today. I was hoping they could repair it but she said it wasn't possible. Instead she replaced it . No questions asked and I didn't have the receipt as it was a gift. I was really impressed. Great customer service.

Very busy but there are plenty of staff to serve you. They have a wide selection of bracelets and charms to go on them. Also necklaces and a lot of charms in the sale. Lovely shop took my mum for a new charm. She loved the one she chose and also bought one in the sale.

Staff here were really nice and helpful. The problem for me is that I have really large fingers and they absolutely do not cater for it. I ended up buying a ring I adored that only fits when my fingers are cold, and now I'm too scared to wear it. The staff let me know that they have brought out a few sizes in a larger style and are hopefully expanding the range, but until then I don't think I'll be going back soon. The ring I bought was sterling silver but still gives me slightly green fingers which is uncool. The 3 stars are mostly for the lovely staff, but Pandora itself need to up their game.

The manage was really helpfull. I made a purchase in Birmingham and my wife made a purchase in Liverpool. There was an offer on for valentines day if you spend 100 pound you received a free gift. The staff combined the 2 purchases and i received the gift so a great big thank you
