Called in to see if they could fit and size up a new bracelet for my watch that I had just purchased. Done it there and then and made sure it fitted correctly and was comfortable before I left. Would definitely recommend. Polite and a great price.

My watch suffered a fall and the clasp was broken. The polite young man fixed it while I browsed in HMV and even set the correct date because I couldn't figure it out how to do it myself *face palm*. I paid a lot less than what I was expecting. Highly recommended.
