I. T.Visited this store twice now both times was a lovely memorable visit, the store is so unique, love the decor and how jewellery is presented.
I felt really valued as a customer, Charlie & Ingrid (hope I’ve got the right names) went above and beyond! They got all the kinks and sliver dipped my necklace , both of these things were offered I didn’t have to ask :) They made my Oakley camel perfect with the addition of one of their O necklaces which they did for me then and there.
Simply love Alex Monroe jewellery.
E.Visited this gorgeous little store and bought a ring to celebrate my exam results day, and the staff were ever so sweet! Service was impeccable, the store was beautifully laid out and immaculately clean, complimentary drinks were offered. I accidentally purchased the wrong size of ring and had to exchange it later that day, and the staff sorted the whole thing out in under ten minutes. Will definitely be visiting again! Thankyou!

Their wares are hand-crafted in England and they champion supply-line ethics. This inviting alley shop is modern, COVID-compliant, and keeps a sufficient stock for casual shoppers. The staff were knowledgeable and bubbly. Would definitely recommend to any English folk looking for unique and sustainable new jewellery
H. P.Beautiful shop, stunning jewellery and really lovely staff. My boyfriend and I came in a few weeks ago as he wanted to buy me a 30th birthday present. We both had felt initially a bit anxious about going into a jewellery shop to try things on- the potential pressure to buy something and generally feeling out of place. We needn't have worried- the two shop assistants went above and beyond, let me try on so many rings, chatted about what combinations looked best, never made me feel like I was taking up too much time (even though they would have to clean every ring I tried on afterwards due to COVID). They were super friendly and made us feel totally at ease. All of the jewellery is so intricate and beautiful- looks SO much better in real life compared to the photos online. The shop itself is like a museum, so much care is taken over the displays and in creating an ambient environment with nice music and good lighting. Would 100% recommend them for anyone who wants to buy a special present, I'm so happy with mine! :) Thank you!
D. R.I just want to express how impressed I am with with Alex Monroe! I decided to buy an engagement ring from their store on Floral Street and had just days to get everything together before leaving for France a few days later. The staff at the Floral street location were extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive and made the entire process so much easier. They were even able to get the ring resized the same day before our trip to Paris even though it usually takes 4 to 6 weeks. Thank you Alex Monroe!!
