I ordered three necklaces from Alex Orso and I love all of them. They are the simple minimal aesthetic I had been looking for. Before I placed my order I emailed back and forth with their customer service (which may have been Alex himself) and they were incredibly nice and knowledgeable about my issues (international shipping). I placed my order and then received them in pretty much the time frame they told me I would. I ordered from halfway around the world and had no problems. Go ahead and buy something. You will not be disappointed.

Brilliant customer service - the ring I bought my boyfriend didn't fit and the team let me swap it for the next size up with no hassle. They arranged the delivery details and it was super quick and easy. The jewellery is of very good quality too.

I purchased a necklace with a pendant on it and my husband took the necklace to an independent jeweler and had the engraved name spelled incorrectly on the pendant. I emailed Alex Orso asking if I could purchase just the pendant to replace the one with the error my husband had made on it. They emailed me back the same day and are shipping me a new pendant free of charge. Best customer service experience ever!
