Almaas is absolutely the place you want to go to buy your jewellery from. I bought my engagement ring from them and it’s the most beautiful ring, highest quality and great value for money. They have the best team, very friendly staff, very open and honest and their customer service is second to none. I highly reccomend them, they will always by my no.1 pick. Besides that, my fiance recently lost her ring and they made me a brand new one at cost value, that is how generous they are.

We bought a beautiful platinum solitaire ring from Almaas last week and were really impressed with the service we got. Solomon was very helpful and offered advice with the design. My wedding ring is Tiffany platinum and gold and we were looking for a ring with diamonds on both sides. He advised us of a different design that would be more fitting with my wedding ring. We are so glad we took this advice because he was right. We got a good quality ring for a reasonable price. We didn’t at anytime feel obliged to buy from them but are glad we did.

I recently made a trip here with it being my first time in Hatton Garden and I have to say that I was very satisfied with the level of customer service, care and attention that I received in finding the product I wanted. Arslan and Salman ( apologies if ive spelt your names wrong) were the two members of staff I had the most interaction with and having spent nearly 3 hours in that place, I left feeling very happy that I finally managed to make a decision on what I wanted! The jewellery here is really tailored to what YOU actually want and the most important thing is that the staff listen and understand( makes a massive difference as most places just want to make money) with zero consideration to the customer) I would recommend more people to visit this unique, warming and friendly jewellery store in Hatton Garden, you will not be disappointed!

Our initial appointment we were served by Arsalan, who was experienced, informative and provided honest and open advice regarding ring qualities, diamond and shapes. During the ring making process Arsalan was kind enough to keep me updated on the status of our rings. Finally the day of collecting our rings arrived. We went into store to collect our rings. The handover was efficient and timely. Michael and Shahin provided great customer service when handing over the rings and providing us advice. They were supportive and relaxed.
