Purchased a lovely tote bag for my wife this past Christmas. There were a couple of initial hiccups with the order, but these were quickly rectified by their excellent online support team (especially Noemi). A wonderful experience all up.

Went on a little visit today, service was phenomenal, always smiles when you go, good ideas for gifts - anniversaries, parties, little treats, some would say it looks like a colourful peaceful la lique.

Great products especially their Purple Water home products. I was a little put off when we entered and asked where the Asprey Purple Water products were and they didn’t want to necessarily help because they we were waiting for someone to come in looking for a Rolex or and Asprey bag... eventually someone helped us and then let us know we can buy it in the New York Store, so that is what I’ll do... amazing products, great service, if you want to spend the money.

Absolutely fantastic experience! As a small child my family would speaking highly of Aspreys and today my wife and I stepped into the famous building. I found this shop oddly fascinating, and rather hard to categorise - sort of a very high end gift shop. As you might expect for a shop like this on Bond Street, some of the price tags are eye watering, but not everything is - for example I noticed some cufflinks there for under £100.
