Edward at Astteria was fantastic! I started with a vague idea of engagement ring style and he guided me through the process, showed me plenty of options, created a 3D model for me to visualize, and brought it to life! The team was professional and I ended up with a fantastic product at a great price! I will definitely be coming back for the custom wedding band

I highly recommend Astteria! Ehud was wonderful to work with. I contacted him with questions about the ring I was interested in and he promptly responded including links to videos in different lighting! Once I ordered the ring Ehud kept me up to date regarding sizing and shipping. Upon receipt I have to say that first of all the packaging is awesome! I felt like I was opening a special present! I contacted Astteria to look for a pink diamond ring for 10th wedding anniversary. Ended up with 2 pieces of pink diamond jewellery, both come with certificates and great prices. Overall Astteria has a vast collection of fancy colour diamonds jewellery for you to choose from which is quite rare for UK. The atmosphere was kind of office-like with a well decorated showroom, although to me it still felt like an office. lol I mean no windows, show cabinets (there were show cabinets but they were empty and they only brought out the pieces that I may be interested in) etc. The lighting in the showroom was brilliant and made the diamonds dazzling, enough seating for the whole family. The service was exceptional. I got my ring shipped across the sea with no extra charged, the ring was resized to fit my ring finger on the same day that we went to pay and pick up. The prices compare to other well-known brands are of course much better, saving themselves from big storefront, marketing and such and those costs passed on to customers. The packaging is also super luxurious and I've got gifts like wine and Christmas hamper... that was a true luxury shopping experience that I found missing from luxury brands nowadays.
