Three years ago my husband gave me a necklace for my birthday I loved it. Never took it off. Days before Christmas it just fall off my neck. I was devastated (super dramatic). I got another necklace for Christmas but it just wasn't the same. I had to get my necklace fixed. I was directed to Autumn and May. Wow !!! Beautiful shop, amazing jewelry and great customer service. It turns out this necklace I loved so much was made from a base metal so it could not be soldered. I think his name is Issac, he saw how much the necklace meant to me. He said, "let me see what I can do." He went to the back and about five minutes later he returned. My necklace was mended. A small hoop was used to join it back together. I am so grateful. I want all my anniversary, birthday and Christmas presents from Autumn and May.

I had just finished telling my fiancee I was sure I'd never find the perfect wedding ring, and we walked into Autumn and May and saw it sitting on the display shelf! Autumn and May is the place to go if you want something a little bit different. Fast forward a few years, and my husband and I are not as broke as we were when we got married, so we decide to get the wedding ring redone in gold (the original was silver). Isac was really helpful throughout the process. The first version of the gold ring was just a bit too different from the silver ring for me to be happy, and the designer actually went to the trouble of inventing a process to take a cast of the silver ring to make the gold ring almost identical. I could not be happier with the customer service and I love wearing both rings.

I couldn’t be happier with my bespoke wedding ring. I had it made to fit perfectly with my engagement ring - it’s absolutely stunning and exactly what I wanted. The team at Autumn and May couldn’t have made the process any easier - they put together the design, consulting with me every step of the way and they were incredibly flexible when it came to me changing my mind and choosing stones. A+M reworked the shank of my wife's very nice solitaire diamond ring with a hinged opening section and latch to enable it to be worn despite swollen arthritic knuckles. They also re-worked the setting and it came back looking beautiful. The workmanship is first class, better than similar I have had done elsewhere, and the price was very competitive. She is delighted with it. Isac has been extremely helpful and gives a service which is personal and second-to-none. I drove a 170 mile round trip twice and it was worth it. Superb jewellers with a wide range of unique and beautifully crafted pieces. I ordered an engagement ring and Isac couldn't have been more helpful with suggestions about style, fit and the pros and cons around different materials. Fast forward a year and there's only one place to get a wedding ring. Once again Isac went the extra mile to design a piece that complemented the engagement ring keeping us fully updated on lead times, assay marking and posting. We've had to return the engagement ring twice, once as it was a fraction too big and the second time for a free clean prior to our wedding. Each time the ring has come back in immaculate condition. Isac responds to emails usually within minutes and has given us an overall service he should be proud of. Top jewellers and really nice people to do business with 🙂

So happy with my experience at Autumn and May. I needed a ring resized, which I had been refused at other jewelers due to the more complicated design of the ring, but the team at Autumn and May were happy to help, even telling me they would minimise the inevitable mark that would appear (as the design is a twist round the whole ring band). They called me as they said they would to pick up the ring and when I did the resize was seamless. The join is barely visible and I literally couldn't have asked for a better service. Plus, it was cleaned and polished to an almost-blinding shine. It looks amazing. All in all would 100% recommend Autumn and May for their repairs/resize service.

I bought my fiancee a beautiful art deco ring for Christmas from Autumn and May. However, thanks to Greenwich council going into lockdown, she very nearly didn't get it. The shop was forced to shut-with the ring inside- on the day it was due to be posted out to me. Wonderful Place ! Some years ago, I received an emerald ring from my parents in celebration of a significant birthday. I had worn it everyday since, because it made me that feel my parents were always close by. While on a recent business trip, I discovered that the emerald had fallen out. It could have happened in the hotel, the office, a taxi etc etc - there was no way of finding it. But the ring was too valuable to abandon. The Autumn and May store had previously done odd and bods of jewellery repair for me and it had all been really good. So a trip to Autumn and May for my ring was in order. After examining the ring, to determine the cause of the problem, the wonderful assistant sourced a number of emeralds of varying quality and price. I couldn't afford the most expensive stone and opted for a mid-price stone. The assistant arranged for the stone to be inserted into the ring and the prongs re-pointed. The result was absolutely beautiful ! It was like having a new ring again ! The assistant was immensely kind and patient, sensitive to my story and the budgetary constraints. He is a truly amazing person ! Thank you so much for all your help and kindness.

I took my engagement ring to Autumn and May as it needed to be re-sized. Because the ring was too big and had to come down quite a few sizes, I was told that the shape of the ring could end up being a little bit oval. I was very worried about the ring when it was sent to be re-sized, however when I collected it, the shape was perfect and it fits perfectly on my finger! They did an amazing job and it only took them a week to re-size it! The attention and all advice I received was perfect and I am very grateful for that. The person served me was friendly and informed, finally picked a lovely twist design diamond ring. EXCELLENT! I recently had a bespoke necklace and pendant made for my girlfriend and was absolutely thrilled by the service provided and the price / quality of the product! My girlfriend had purchased a very cheap necklace from a high street fashion chain and whilst she loved the design, as you would expect for £5, the quality wasn’t great and it quickly deteriorated. I searched high and low for something similar to replace it but was unable to find anything so decided to arrange a bespoke item via Autumn & May. Working away, I was unable to visit the shop personally and requested the item via email, providing images of the original high street product and I cant tell you how pleased I was with what was produced, it is exactly what I / she was looking for. I have been moved to Greenwich recently and visited Autumn and May whilst I was strolling around the shops in Greenwich Market on a lazy day and was quite amazed at what they have. Their Jewellery has a WOW on it, some cool designer made (I mean wearable, not alien type) stuff, loads of one-off items in display, which make your Jewellery unique forever. the price won’t kill either. I have bought a little forged twist leaf pendant by a designer called Collete Waudby, I am sure this will be my everyday necklace for some time form now. They are so informative and passionate about their stuff, after speaking to the staff in the shop, I found that they do custom Jewellery design and Jewellery repairs too, so folks step into this stop for a must.

I’m not a jewelry person and the window really caught my eye with all the unique designs on display. I fell in love with a ring while on vacation from the states but ended up not buying it... a few months later my boyfriend proposed to me with that same ring!! It ended up that he had called the store, paid for it and had a friend of ours pick it up and bring it to him while we were vacationing in Spain! He didn’t know my ring size so hadn’t gotten it sized properly but that was no problem. Isac worked with me tediously from the states to ship it back, get it sized and then send it back to me as no one at home wanted to touch it since it is so unique and fear of messing it up.
