What fantastic service. I went in expecting to have to drop off my watches for new batteries and collect the following day. But I was pleasantly surprised a) to be asked to come back in 30 minutes and b) with the realistic price quoted, having been quoted almost double the previous day by a retailer in Hammersmith. The owner couldn't have been more helpful, accommodating and charming. This is what retail customer service is all about and, living locally, I was really pleased to be able to support a Barnes retailer. Highly recommend!

This is an excellent jewellers with an attractive collection of rings,bracelets,watches etc. Service is excellent and the staff are friendly and helpful . They did a small bracelet repair on my watch at no charge.Would highly recommend this shop.

This is a wonderful jewellery shop that offer very skilful repairs. The staff is very knowledgeable. I had a repair done and it was recommended to re model the lock. They did a fantastic job. The lock looks like it always belonged to the bracelet. I have had work done by one of the famous jewellers from Bond street and I must say that this jeweller is far better in all aspects. I would say that even if you are not local I would recommend to try to work with this jeweller as the staff takes great pride in their work and offer a superior service for a fair price.

I needed to have a ring cut from my finger (it was a cygnet ring that I have been wearing for over forty years without removing) and, having emailed Barnes Jewellery, I was told to just pop in when passing. I did just that yesterday and the lovely owner, Paul, removed it within seconds. Such a nice guy – he stopped what he was doing, just to help me, and then wouldn't take a penny for having done so! I have since heard a number of other stories of his helping people and providing an excellent service and have no hesitation in giving him the highest recommendation.

I bought a silver paper knife for our son's eighteenth birthday. Doing so was a happy experience. The staff were very friendly. The price was less than I was expecting. It was not in stock but they got it in quickly from a supplier. To my surprise, when I enquired about having the handle engraved, the owner offered to get this done for no extra charge.
