Recently had a Everest strap put onto my Rolex. There were problems removing the old strap so it had to go to the workshop. Watch was returned sooner than quoted and looked amazing. Excellent knowledgeable friendly staff wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend them.

I bought a watch from the shop recently and I can certainly recommend them. I dealt with Spencer Miserotti, he was very knowledgable and did not push a sale at any point. I am very happy with the service I received during the purchase and the aftercare has been similarly exceptional. The second hand watch I purchased was missing the original instruction booklet, Spencer sourced one for me, from the correct model year and gave it to me free of charge. Rare to find service like that these days. A+++

Popped in as I saw a watch that caught my eye. Ended up chatting over my requirements and prices. At no point did I feel pressured nor did I feel judged. Prices seemed very fair in my opinion especially servicing prices. I’m now tempted to get the Everest straps for my watches. Another plus is they were closed at the time I visited, only did I realise when I asked what time they closed!

Where do I start, I'd been recommended by a friend about this place. Pleasantly hidden away in Leadenhall market. I knew what I was after Rolex Submariener, they had one ! But it was by far the best one I had seen. It was gleaming when the box opened, and both Mike & Spencer were happy to give me all the previous history of the watch. I can't recommend this place enough, all further watch or jewellery purchases will made be here. One of londons true gems ! Cheers again guys, see you soon.
