Brilliant shop! They have a very broad range of bangles so you can find the perfect set to go with any outfit. Each of the sales consultants I've spoke to have been really helpful and can find an option for whatever your budget may be. Highly recommend a trip to Bees!

The staff were incredibly helpful and were able to match the bangles to my outfit perfectly and create a set that was not only absolutely stunning but was within my budget. The designs are unique and timeless and the quality is outstanding, I still have pieces I bought many years ago and they look as good as new. Fantastic customer service, No I wasn’t paid by them lol I got married in a short space of time and TBH i did leave the Jewellery till last minute, Thanks to Sushil and team whom were so supportive even allowing me to try things /come back and forth bring fabric Samples spend ages being indecisive lol I had sizes and styles changed to fit my petite face and head etc regardless they were patient and honest even the price was excellent! I shopped for both my engagement jewellery and more recently my wedding bangles at Bees. Sushil and Nupur made the process really easy for me. I booked in via WhatsApp ahead of time and Nupur was ready and waiting to help me when I walked in. She looked at my outfits and considered my personal taste as we experimented with variations in the base set of bangles that she had created, we took our time. I am so happy with how they look, it's easy to just stare at the sets in the box! Though the pieces are imitation jewellery they are great quality stone (Kundan) work. I recommend Bees for all your jewellery needs, and in particular the bangle experience!

I used the WhatsApp service as I live quite far from the actual shop. I signed up to the service via their website on the 13th July, and it says on the website that a representative will respond within 48 hrs. So I received a response on the 17th July, which is obviously more than 48 hrs. The lady called Nupur asked for information about the events and what outfits I’m wearing. I needed jewellery for two outfits, and posted pictures of them as well as what the requirements were. To keep it short, she did not respond to all my questions, and by the time she had responded to some of them I had already bought all the jewellery I needed for one outfit in Southall. I ended up ordering two bangles via Nupur, which I wanted matching earrings with, but she never got back to me about that either so I left it. This process took 4 days on WhatsApp messaging only, and then I received my bangles 4 days later by post, which I actually absolutely love by the way! Thinking about it now, I should have just gone directly to the shop. I will definitely not use the WhatsApp service again as it is far too slow, and Bees lost out on more jewellery being purchased by me because the representative was not paying attention to my messages. I’m giving the service 3 stars only because I love the bangles I purchased.
