H. B.The best customer service I've ever recieved, along with the biggest display of gem stones Ive ever seen. I looked in a well known gem store before going to this one and I was taken back by the amount of jewlery that was on show, there was a lot of jewlery on show for such a small shop, I felt like a kid in a candy store.
The person who helped me was Florence, she was very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. She walked me through and helped me get exactly what I wanted from measuring out the size of the necklace I wanted, to putting the right pieces together and overall just guiding me through the process. Great little shop with great customer care, I would definetly visit here!!

H. B.The shop is fairly small, and tucked away at the top of Greville Street, however, it does cater to the needs of jewellery makers/silversmiths. For gemstones and the like it can be fairly price though! The staff, in general, tend be rather stoney-faced, however there is a very friendly, warm and helpful Manager - Florence that will make you feel very welcomed.
N. K.Staff are extremely helpful and competent. We are always happy with our orders and will be ordering again today. The bubble wire is solid rather then hollow which helps us out a lot and they dispatch fast.

B.I've been a fan and a customer at Bellore for the 10 years it has been open (and that went quick), the range is great and I've always found that Dan, Florence and the rest of the team do whatever they can to help. Prices can seem steep at times but that's more down to the cost of the raw materials. Also for those comments previously saying that they don't like that VAT is added at the till, it's a trade store so that's quite normal in any industry. I hope that I'll be shopping here for the next 10 years.

T. W.I stumbled across Bellore Rashbel and popped in to see if they could repair a much loved necklace. They were incredibly helpful and repair was completed in less than 10 minutes at a very reasonable charge. I am delighted by my experience and have recommended to all my friends.

Also they need to be competitive with pricing, the internet has so many deals these days it's hard to match as a retail shop and that's understandable. That's why it falls just short of a 5 star.
