Wow- what wonderful service! I purchased a beautiful art nouveau ring which was resized for me and then sent in incredible packaging including a care guide and micro fibre cleaning cloth. I had some initial problems with my payment which Willa was happy to look into for me. She was extremely polite and helpful and I would have no hesitation in recommending Berganza to others. I will definitely be buying from here again.

I bought a beautiful Ancient Roman ring from Berganza and couldn’t be happier with it. It was in superb condition and feels like a piece of history. Customer service was fantastic and they arranged a courier to arrive before 11am (as I was going away that day) and didn’t charge me anything for the faster delivery, which was a lovely touch.

This was such a wonderful experience. The rings are truly wonderful, and after much web searching, really are the widest collection and best quality I could find. Excellent customer service. Brought my fiancé's engagement ring from Berganza and they couldn't have been more helpful. Brought out a wide selection of rings and helped with whittling them all down to a final decision. Their knowledgeable staff took the time to explain in a lot of detail the history of each ring we were shown. They keep their website up to date so we were very pleased to find that all the rings we had seen online were in stock when we visited. Bought a STUNNING medieval wedding ring here and I absolutely love it. The process was simple and pleasant, just went into the shop and they personally and professionally showed me many of the rings. They have been courteous and helpful every step of the process (even when I was just some person online). They offer a yearly maintenance on all their products and I haven't yet had a reason to try it. They are not cheap-- but cheap, authentic, and antiquarian are not words that are commonly found together. My ring is a marvel.

Extremely high quality of customer service, and a beautiful selection of unique antique and vintage jewellery. Worth noting that they have a strict no-negotiation policy so the price you see is the price you have to pay. If you are looking for antique/vintage jewellery, this is the place to go. I bought my girlfriend/fiancée's engagement ring from here - a platinum solitaire diamond ring with sapphire shoulders from the Art Deco period/1920s - it is stunning. I first saw it 3-4 weeks before I actually bought it but I wanted to look around just in case. I couldn't find anything that was as unique and pretty as the ring from Berganza. I highly recommend this shop. If you buy an engagement ring from here, they also offer a bespoke wedding ring service - only available to customers. I checked out lots of other shops on Hatton Gardens and in London generally - for those thinking of where to go, save some time and head straight to Berganza.

Naturally the staff are very helpful, but they're also not pushy. Their online service is very good for existing customers. Make sure to book an appointment if you'd like to go inside at the weekend - Berganza's reputation precedes it! One a recent business trip to the city I popped into London's very own Hatton Garden area to see if I could find my girlfriend the perfect engagement ring as she is a avid fan of antique jewellery, walking along it seemed every shop was the same and as a guy I was completely out of my depth in to what she wants and even where to start looking, One the verge of doing what men do best and putting it off for another day as I passed Berganza I couldn't help but noticed the amazing styles and colours in the shop window, then realising these are quite literally one of a kind pieces, On entering I explained to the guy what sort of person the misses is and what she likes and dislikes, within a couple minutes of talking he had 4 different rings in front of me and even a female assistant giving her thoughts from a woman's point of view. After a hour or so I found the one and 1 month later I am happy to say I am now happily engaged and am told the ring is PERFECT !
