I recently purchased an engagement ring from Bloomsbury Manor. I was apprehensive buying this online at first but the reviews were all positive so I went ahead. The ring arrived as described and I received a great service from both Andrew and Meritxell - they were easily contactable and professional throughout.

Very apprehensive about buying a diamond ring online, I went to the Bloomsbury Manor website because they had the exact ring and size I was looking for, and a much reduced price. I zoomed with Meritxell who was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining how diamonds could be authenticated and even how I could do then once I received the ring. I've never written a review for anything in my life, but my experience with the Bloomsbury Manor was so good that I wanted to let others know about the very professional and accommodating experience I had with the Manor. I bought a Tiffany Engagement Ring, for which Meritxell helped me understand their authentication process and how I myself could authenticate Tiffany rings in particular once I received it. (If I found it to be fake or not to my standard, I had 30 days to return it, no questions asked.) After I checked the laser crown inscription and saw the ring in the Tiffany database itself (I had to get the ring resized), I was very comfortable and satisfied with my purchase. I would trust Meritxell's knowledge of diamonds and jewelry wholeheartedly, and would suggest her store to anyone looking to buy pre-owned jewelry in excellent condition, at almost half the retail price!

Andrew assisted me with selling a Tiffany & Co. engagement ring that was quite unique and large, at 2.3tcw. Ahead of choosing Bloomsbury Manor, I must have contacted almost every entity in the UK who deals in second hand high-end jewellery and found that most weren’t interested in my ring because it wasn’t a box standard solitaire that they could sell easily. However, Andrew was very happy to take on the challenge! The selling process was very professional and Andrew is exceptional at communicating and managing expectations. After providing the ring to Andrew, it was on the website in a matter of days, complete with it’s own video! It had been cleaned and polished and looked just as good as the day I bought it, so I can attest that Bloomsbury Manor will get your jewellery into the best condition possible ahead of selling. I found the commission fees to be in-line with industry standards, but my perception is that Bloomsbury Manor goes above and beyond the competition with the personal attention you’ll receive as a client, as well as the attention your jewellery will get throughout the sales process. Andrew was always available if I wanted an update, and quite often, he would proactively contact me with updates. I never second guessed my decision to sell my ring through Bloomsbury Manor. Overall, I can’t fault anything about Andrew and his team. If I’m ever in the market to either buy or sell jewellery, Bloomsbury Manor will be the first place I turn to.

I found Bloomsbury from a quick Google search and had a useful & honest phone conversation with them about a Tiffany diamond ring I was selling. They very quickly quoted me a specific guaranteed price (if everything was in order) - not a vague “price range” like lots of jewellers did. I was happy enough with what they quoted so they sent me a pre-paid envelope and sale agreement which arrived promptly. I was a little dubious dealing with a company I hadn’t used before but sent the ring to them anyway, seeing as I couldn’t get down to London anytime soon.
