I had a pleasant shopping experience at Boucheron Bond Street store. I was assisted by Jessie who patiently helped me to select a pair of earrings as I was not sure if I was going to get them. I was impressed by her knowledge of fine jewellery and she expertly explained the craftsmanship of Boucheron and being the first high jewellery shop on Place Vendôme. I will certainly return in the near future to get a matching ring. I appreciate to be as a valued customer.

I popped in to Boucheron with my wife on our anniversary to look for a present for her. All the staff were very courteous and professional. We were looked after by the lovely and knowledgeable Joanna who could not have been more helpful. We found an item we loved but was in the wrong colour and she organised to have the correct one available a couple of days later. We returned to the shop and had simply the most pleasurable shopping experience I have had for years possibly ever. We were there for some time and even bought an extra piece and just had the best time while being looked after so professionally. Nothing was too much trouble and the store itself is lovely (as is the champagne!). My wife loved her present and even more so because we had such a wonderful time buying it. I would like to add that this was all despite the fact that the item we were purchasing was at the lower end of the scale for boucheron so it was even more appreciated to be treated just the same as clients coming in to spend significantly more I’m sure. Joanna created a brand loyalty that day which is rare these days. Thank you.

I visited Boucheron store on Old Bond street couple of weeks ago as I was looking for a present for someone very special, but on another hand very difficult to buy. All the situation was very stressful for me and I must admit I was very lucky to be served by Joanna Morgan. From the moment Joanna aknowledge me with the biggest smile and cheerful personality I straight away relaxed and started enjoying the amaizing product. Joanna was very professional with unbelievable amount of information and variety about the pieces she was showing to me. Becasue I wasn't sure what I wanted to buy Joanna's job was much harder, but she was just putting all the ideas out there, what make me feel so special. Hearing all the passion from Joanna about the product, I wanted to buy everything! I would like to thank her for her patience, sense of humor and making my experience effortless and luxurious. I will go and see Joanna every time I visit London.
