k. s.We've had several pieces of jewellery cleaned/repaired/altered here couldn't recommend them more. We took a bracelet to a well known Enfield jeweller to have it lengthened for our sons fat wrist, they said it couldn't be done. By Design (Bill) said rubbish, he came up with a couple of options of which we picked one & they done a marvellous job & it ain't been off our sons wrist since! Had stones replaced in my engagement ring after 30yrs of marriage, gardening etc (hubby weren't happy) but we're both over the moon with the result of By Designs repair staff, thankyou Bill. Hubby has wanted to buy me a diamond & sapphire ring for yrs but never seen one I liked, finally found one in an auction, got it but it needed some work to repair claws, over to By Design we go. Can it be done within a week for my birthday with a smile? No promises but we'll try. Done in 2 days, over the moon! Its a little trek from Enfield to Walthamstow thro the traffic but they're not expensive & worth every penny.
