Fantastic experience from beginning to end! I couldn’t be happier with the custom made engagement ring which the team have made. It was exactly what I had asked for and the service provided was amazing start to finish. They have been extremely patient with us, we had the ring resized and even brought another ring for sizing too and it came back so sparkly, it looked brand new! I can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks to the whole team!

Absolutely obsessed with my rings.. my husband bought my engagement ring from Davril jewels 2 years ago and each year have brought it back for a spruce up. I wanted to match perfectly my wedding band, they were so nice and recognized my fiancee (at the time) and I immediately and welcomed us back warmly. My wedding band took about 6 weeks to make, but i didnt expect anything less if you are having bespoke made. And the whole design was spot on. Can't understand the negative reviews as the whole experience had been noting but lovely.

Davril has a first class customer service ! After not being quite sure about the ideal design for my ring, Juliet came up with different designs and showed me a great selection of stones. Their in-store jewellery selection and bespoke pieces makes them stand out from all the other stores in Hatton Garden. Couldn't recommend them highly enough !

I am so confused by some of the 1 star reviews! We don't normally write reviews but this is a shop to scream and shout about. We were treated so nicely and felt so important the moment we went here. We thought it would be massively out of our budget but we're massively surprised. We wanted a peach sapphire which seemed to be impossible as we had asked other jewellers and still didn't have one 9 months later. We just asked the question and had 4 peach sapphires to chose from within an hour! From that moment it has been incredible. We have been given our rings made better than we imagined and would come again and again. Please don't be put off. This is the best service and jewellery we have ever received. Love them!

My wife chose a wonderful ring here. The sad part was they could not reduce the size to her tiny finger and keep the setting intact or avoid a compromise to the aesthetics. Incredibly, they crafted, from scratch, an identical ring, in the correct size that is almost more beautiful than the ring they copied the design from. I was amazed. Such efforts to please are SO hard to find these days, but Davril made the whole experience from top to bottom a complete pleasure. Thank you to everyone involved, you are craftspeople of the highest order.

After shopping around Nottingham & London , knowing what I was looking for but couldn't find it, the penny dropped ! If you want a diamond you go to hatton garden. That's where I found Davril Jewels , and what a find ! The staff was very helpful , very knowledgeable offering lots of excellent advice & never once coming across as pushy. They understood from the outset what I needed & the time scale I had, which they met. The diamond I wanted was heart shaped & although I had seen a few , none had a beautiful full bodied shape like this one & the value exceeded the price l paid for it (bonus) & they offer a health check if you like , bring the ring back , they will polish it & check the setting for its life. (How can you go wrong) The ring it's self looks stunning on my now fiance's finger the both of us don't stop looking at it , it's such an eye catcher. Very happy customer.

Popped my head in here expecting to be rebuffed in my search for a rough diamond ring, which appears to be rarer than hen's teeth in Hatton Gardens. To my surprise, they said they had them - and almost immediately presented my fiancee with an array of beautiful rings, which we weren't intending to buy, but one particular ring was so beautiful she didn't want to take it off. The lady who served us (Amy) was so lovely and so helpful that we bought it immediately and enjoyed a glass of prosecco while the valued it. Lovely.

Just had a great experience, pleasant staff and a higher level of quality product than many of the other jewellers in Hatton garden. To the people that have bad reviews because they do not give refunds - you cannot blame a shop just because you never asked in advance. Their policy is clear if only you asked, as I did. I would definatley recommend. Prices are higher but you get what you pay for.
